This restaurant is amazing 🫶🏻 The food was so tasty, incredible, made out of fresh ingredients with perfect balanced flavour. We enjoyed it so much. The chef is very lovely and he really knows how to cook, we had a fabulous time there. It's a true gem, which is in the small street on the side with only a few tables but the experience here is something! We will for sure make a stop here during our next visit. 以往日料常吃丼飯,因食飯量小想變換一下,後來比較,單就SOKA壽司的丼飯(炙燒五虎將丼飯)魚種豐富划算些,價格相差無幾. 看Google 相片,蒲燒鰻握壽司有加蔥視覺上會加分,再者沒烤透蒲燒味也太淡.物價飛漲下,幾個月前的鮭魚刺身較厚超值. 日料貨比三家,擇自己所愛,不外乎星鰻(蒲燒更勝鹽烤)與鮭魚,網上推薦的茶碗蒸水準相當. 老闆好商量能回應要求(炙燒不加價),也謝謝要贈味噌湯,無妨有開水即可. --------------------------- 以中文解釋如下: 1.評論中也提到“物價飛漲”過去魚厚便宜物超所值,對物價波動能理解是感歎之意. 2.對,沒吃丼飯,當天花420與貴店480丼飯(看相片)比較,似乎吃丼飯較划算,可能我點錯單了.沒吃不能比較也對啦!無貶低意思. 3.我常買蒲燒鰻魚回烤加菜,大中小片都買過,依鰻身厚薄烤的時間各有差異.外食日料店蒲燒與白燒鰻魚飯都嚐過,當然懂得與星鰻是不同品種. 蒲燒鰻魚握壽司: 貴店菜單無圖片參考,是蒐尋相片看著“誘人可口”才多加這道,但送上來的不一樣,沒蔥沒芝麻視覺上差很多,是出自不同師傅?火侯不夠熟也沒蒲燒味,針對這問題老闆沒回應. 炙燒星鰻握壽司: 評論的是味道,我在別家店是吃過刷蒲燒醬汁的,你們是灑鹽巴,我較喜愛醬汁,差別在調味而已,沒提到口感.(當然是軟嫩入口即化) 個人從不做違心之論,貴店確實有進步空間,若老闆在乎客人評價,針對問題接受而改進,才有再次上門的動機.
