Table Bistro — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

This is a relatively new (they were operating since oct 2023) set up. We were lucky to stumble upon it as we were walking past towards our hotel. I had tried googling it and realised you can only find it if you did a search with Chinese text. The chef's Italian food cooking style is very much jap fusion inspired. Every dish was great. Even the wine selection (albeit simple) was interesting. Small space with serving mostly regulars. If you have visited Japan and love jap style Italian cooking, then this is the place for you.
