Nice designed restaurants, it costs $400 per plate as shown in the pictures. The squids and fish tasted fresh. The display of the place looked interesting. However it's expensive for what we had on each place, and I didn't taste the harmony of those side dishes (veggies, some sort fish cake, smash sweet potato...)with the fish or squids or rice. 今天預約雙人火鍋 除了基本菜盤之外(高麗菜、菇類、南瓜、番茄、紅蘿蔔等) 還有一大份野菜盤+吉古拉 (今天是鵝菜、莧菜、飛機菜、山茼蒿、還有一個忘記了) 湯底好像是是魚骨還有什麼茶去熬煮的
不過提醒一下,口味清淡,偏重吃到食材原味,沒有提供醬油或沙茶,是提供基隆特色辣椒醬
菜吃差不多之後 就會上時魚組合
今天是小卷、白帶魚卷、紅魽
小卷會有兩吃,第一吃是香煎小卷,據說是道地基隆料理法,冷凍直接下去煎
然後下鍋湯煮順序是紅魽、白帶魚卷、最後是小卷
老闆娘豪邁極厚手切紅魽,說是今天早上才釣到的,有生食級,雖然老闆娘有建議要全熟,還是忍不住煮了幾塊半生熟,但都好吃
白帶魚卷,這個吃法可以讓你吃到一整隻白帶魚之外,因為捲起來的緣故,中心的肉保留了油脂跟香氣,覺得很有趣
最後的湯煮小卷也很鮮嫩,重點是,這一輪之後,整個湯頭鮮到不行,要不是飽了,真的很想要點白飯泡著吃,或是配冬粉
喔對了,雙人火鍋餐還有附兩瓶在地生產的特色啤酒,每一瓶都很特別,我記不住,老闆娘如數家珍
這間店了一大特色就是老闆娘會一邊吃一邊介紹食材故事,讓你知道你吃了什麼,怎麼吃,真心覺得每季都可以來吃一次(因為每季海產都不一樣啊哈哈哈)
