Got the eel with rice box, crab hand roll, and the chirashi. The chirashi was really good (shrimp were huge, fish are fresh). The eel over rice was good too. Smaller bones on the eel and just a good portion for the price. The crab hand roll was different than expected. It is thin and has shredded cabbage vs rice. The crab paste is a gray paste. Read more算是在羅東很頂的一家日料丼飯店。餐桌跟環境都維持的很乾淨,不會黏黏或者有茶漬水痕的殘留。無糖麥茶淡淡地清香、味噌鮮魚湯的魚肉蠻多的而且不會都是魚刺,也有肥肥飽滿的肉的位置,湯也不會稀稀水水的,有著濃濃的味噌味道。 首推最耐吃當屬:南瓜可樂餅。炸的外表超酥脆能卡滋作響,但內裡依舊綿綿的又很細緻。口味上偏甜帶有淡淡的南瓜味道。放冷後,不太會回油產生膩感,反而讓南瓜的香氣更加逸散出的撲鼻而來。很推😍👍 蟹膏握壽司的蟹膏是超超濃郁的蟹味,其中混合著螃蟹的肉絲,但完全不影響蟹膏主題的發揮。而且給的份量很多,不會只有上面一點點,大概整個壽司3分之1高都是蟹膏,超級大滿足。 自製丼,選了干貝、比目魚鰭邊、星鰻、蟹膏,蟹膏自然不用多說,其中驚艷的是比目魚鰭與外面的不同,不會滿滿的油脂沒什麼肉感,炙燒過後的魚鰭邊肉夾帶著濃郁的香氣與入口即化的口感,還能吃的出來魚肉的感覺,讓人讚不絕口。星鰻的肉質細膩、干貝表現則較為普通。米飯的部分是用醋飯而非調整成一般白飯,醋飯口感適中不硬不Q也不軟爛,口味上偏甜,搭配炙燒生鮮丼超搭。整體來說,下次會想要蟹膏/比目魚鰭邊肉各半的組合。 豬排起司丼也是比較多人點的,是用兩層薄豬排夾著可以牽絲的乳酪絲下去炸。外殼依舊卡滋卡滋的酥脆,很佩服炸物師傅的炸功。裡層的豬排不會太硬或乾乾的,保持有豬肉的彈勁。是一個給男生吃飽的餐點。 炸糰子是由粗+細花生粉搭配煉乳的組合,自然不會差到那邊。糰子的口感不像日本的帶有一點點米粒感,而是更像麻糬的口感。但是味道上除了上述的花生+煉乳外,竟然會有一點點的胡椒香氣🤨🤨蠻驚訝與不解的,呵呵。 是會想要二訪的丼飯店,而且在新莊跟中和也有分店呢🤔🤔 下次會想吃:很多人都有點的玉子燒和稻荷壽司、炸牡蠣、炙燒鮭魚、茶碗蒸、看起來很厲害的干貝海景丼、甚至可以試...
