I was visiting Penghu in March 2024 during the off season. Although this sushi restaurant was not fully open for the season yet, the chef/owner was very kind and offered to make a Chirashi for lunch with whatever he could source that day. That tells you the level of the hospitality and pride at this restaurant.

The bowl of rice covered in all kinds of seafoods was simply wonderful. The staff there were caring and courteous. I enjoyed my experience there fully. With the limited seating at this intimate restaurant, I can only imagine how amazing it will be when it opens for the season. Grab a seat and experience...

(我給4.5顆⭐)這次來澎湖一直很想找找看有沒有無菜單料理,雖然上網爬文感覺有出無菜單料理的有幾間,不乏也有耳聞過的名店。不過,要不是訂不到,不然就是合菜海產餐廳出的。第一次看到味良,發現評論數量不多,仔細爬文後發現它是在北辰市場裡一間原本就在買生魚片起家的料理店。之後,疫情開始才轉型為無菜單料理店。一天只做中餐、晚餐,各餐期只接待七位客人,所以需要上網預約。我們是訂平日晚餐的時間(17:30),我們準時就到,看到主廚正在準備晚餐的菜餚。大概等了30分鐘,等全部客人差不多到期才開始出餐(這麼講究的店,讓客人等老實說不太應該😌)。這間店的主廚原是在澎湖喜來登工作,後來自己出來開業。整家店小巧精緻,從裝飾、餐具到菜餚及主廚的堅持都看得到巧思。味良只提供1800+10%元的套餐,不過整套吃下來應該也快20道菜了,非常有飽足感外,也吃得到廚師每日準備菜餚的心意。主廚每天親自到市場挑選食材,幾乎都選用澎湖道地的海鮮。其中有幾道菜令我印象深刻:琴酒醬蟹、燉煮金錢鰻、澎湖野生馬糞海膽蒸蛋、北海道海膽鮭魚子、茶香現沖石斑魚湯、幾貫握壽司都很新鮮也有不同的口感與調味。最最最可惜的是最中餅加炙燒生食級干貝,完全只有餅的口感跟抹茶香,干貝的甜味吃不出來不說,連整體口感也被破壞(看到有幾個客人也沒有吃餅後,早知道就只吃干貝就好😅)。雖然小扣0.5分,但我還是標了5顆星及花了點時間寫評論,其實是真心喜歡這家店,也希望店家能長久經營下去,同時也能讓更多人知道...

初訪澎湖;初訪味良。

這是一家隱藏在傳統市場巷弄內的小店,除了Omakase,也有提供一般外帶日式料理。

店內空間不大,環境整潔度佳,燈光明亮,空調溫度適中,桌椅高度合適,座位約莫七八席,相鄰座位空間不擁擠。 老闆主廚幽默風趣,闆娘服務專業細心,非常優秀的經營組合。

食材選用十分新鮮,且幾乎都是澎湖在地特有魚種,我在台北吃過一次龍占,可能新鮮度不足有點腥味,原以為是該魚種的特有氣味,但味良的龍占非常鮮甜,打破了我對此魚的既定印象。 章魚的表現也是十分亮眼,口感彈牙還有點韌勁,以及章魚本身微微的清香,新鮮度由此可見一斑。 料理方式除了生食、漬物、煎、烤、煮、蒸、炊,甚至還有煙燻。 說到煙燻一定要讚美一下“櫻桃木煙燻海鱺”握壽司,外表看似平平無奇,入口後櫻桃木香味濃濃覆蓋在上顎空間,而海鱺本身的鮮甜氣味沒有受到絲毫影響,煙燻的香氣是無形的繚繞在海鱺之上,有種靈魂出竅的感受,此煙燻技法堪稱一絕!可謂神仙料理!

開席前,加點了清酒組合,席間會依照菜餚順序提供六種不同風味的清酒,一套組合900+10%,每杯大約120ml左右,換算下來十分超值。 上酒時,闆娘會以超專業口吻介紹酒種,就如同百貨公司的櫃姐一般(笑)。且每次換酒也有換杯,細節上處理得相當不錯。

整個餐期下來,連同水果甜點共20品,要價2500+10%,不論地區前提之下,這個價位非常值得,未來再訪澎湖...
