沛克咖啡店 Pergram Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Miaoli City

We were impressed to found a artsy and elegant coffee roaster like Pergram Coffee Roasters in Miaoli. The decor is in vintaged style with wooden furnitures and cozy ambiance.

We love to have a strong great smell of coffee when we walked in. The owners care the quality of beans extremely so this is the reason why they named their roaster “pergram”, they would bake every gram of coffee with all effort.

They also serve couple desserts which perfectly goes with drinks. We got a Canelè, Cinnamon Roll and Black Pound and most tasted delicious & satisfying. Per-gram 還是 perfect everygram?說真的,初初見到這個店名,是摸不著頭緒的,然而人做甚麼事都需要個意義的,於是"暗自硬想"了一個意義給他(說不定是給自己)---Per-gram!!! 想著,每一克的咖啡豆帶給大家多少單位的"閑靜"、"浪漫"、"懷舊"、"交流"、或單純咖啡因甚麼的 後來才知道,店家有自己 perfect everygram的信念但我還是喜歡自己硬加上去的這個"意義"多一點(哈) 店裡店外大量乾淨的線條跟木頭的原色舒適了視線,大片的玻璃透出吧檯淡色的微光邀請,雖然低調地融入已經不是那麼繁華的街,但是牆上大片的那一種英國綠(自己說~)卻是深具吸引力 幸運地未經候位直接入座後,很快的,位置就已經都填滿了,也就是這時候發現,即便滿座,桌間的距離也都保有一個從容,沒有感受到人滿的"壓力",但滿座客人的"嗡嗡聲"卻因為幾桌心情好的客人一直… 記得兩人點的是一杯手沖、一杯氣泡飲、肉桂捲、和巴斯克,咖啡不是那麼出色,氣泡飲也沒有好到深刻的印象 ;...
