造訪的時候已經超過晚餐時間，食物的選擇較為限制，但不能責怪店家，因為生意真的太好。 By the time I visited the store it was already after dinner time. Therefore, the food options were limited; still, it was n't the owner's fault, Guess their business was always on fire, lol 即便是沒有某些食材可選，店員仍禮貌且客氣的告知，蠻親切的沒有不耐煩。 Even though some food options were lacked, the clerk s still informed friendly, showing no signs of impatience at all. 點了一碗清燉牛肉麵，牛肉是紅燒的，只有湯底是清燉。 I ordered a clear stew beef noodles; the meat was braised in soy sauce, only the soup was clear stew. 個人口味偏清淡，依然覺得清燉風味十足，湯底不會過於甜膩。 I prefer lighter flavored foods, though this soup was rich flavored; the broth wasn't too sweet. 牛肉部分偏瘦但不會乾柴，有些嚼勁卻不會難咬，紅燒滋味豐富非常好吃。 The beef was linear, yet it wasn't dry at all. The meat was a bit chewy, but not too hard to bite. The soy sauce flavor made it extremely delicious. 是會想再回訪的一間店。 This is a shop that I'd...

Ce restaurant est un véritable lieu hors du temps. Je l’ai découvert il y a dix ans et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. La constance est remarquable : les plats sont toujours délicieux et servis avec soin.

La viande de bœuf est tendre à souhait, avec un goût unique et intense que j’adore ! La soupe de nouilles est savoureuse, riche en goût et préparée avec un savoir-faire authentique – la meilleure que j’ai goûtée à Taïwan.

Le service est impeccable : personnel souriant, attentif et dynamique, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Ils proposent même leur carte en anglais, un vrai plus pour les voyageurs.

Un passage obligé : je recommande à 100 %, vous n’y serez...
