I was asked to fill out a review survey for university purposes. I’ll address the missing feedback section here. There are many hotpot restaurants around the island, and I don’t see any notable differences in this one. What makes your establishment special compared to others? If there is something unique, I didn’t see it being highlighted. Additionally, the menu is confusing. It would be great if you could add some interesting activities to do...

Niece wants to dine in at the Nong-Geng Che hot pot for dinner but I already had my. Therefore we went in to order one pot only. Servants were not too happy about it and kept complaining to my ear for taking up their spots!!! Ridiculous customer service and...

2024.12.13 清爽系流派（如果選擇昆布湯底） 友人推薦，店內空間不大， 單人吃鍋友善， 無加收服務費。 自助吧在中間的位置很舒適， 喜歡有自製檸檬水跟熱麥茶， 不是機器打的膩味糖漿飲料； 佐料區的泡菜應該是店家自製的， 帶有淡淡薑味，微酸清爽， 毛豆就沒有嘗試了。 （看了一下地圖， 發現內湖火鍋店的佐料都有一兩樣小菜， 是很有趣的區域店家特色😄） 選擇原味昆布湯底， 推測是昆布湯加昆布鹽， 色淡鹹度夠，湯裡有細碎昆布翻滾； 主食選了綜合魚片，鮭魚、鯛魚、鱸魚 副食蛋， 還有加贈一盤肉盤，選了梅花豬 上菜極快，無火鍋料菜盤， 個人覺得菜盤份量略少， 不過魚片，豬肉，蛋疊加的份量剛好， 食量大的副食選飯或麵比較適當。 先煮吃易熟的葉菜跟豬肉， 吃完葉菜，也煮出玉米跟紅蘿蔔的甜， 再分次煮鯛魚，鮭魚，鱸魚， 不過我覺得順序可以改成先單煮鮭魚， 鮭魚單吃味道就很濃郁， 再喝點檸檬水轉換口腔味道， 加入魚盤上的薑絲， 瞬間變成鮮美的魚湯， 鯛魚沒有土味，脂肪含量較低， 熟的比較快，可以先吃； 鱸魚肉厚要煮久一些， 魚腹魚皮下的脂肪煮入湯裡， 吃完魚肉，再配一碗湯， 是非常清爽滿足的一餐， 四季皆宜的口味。 這樣我究竟是吃了蔬菜湯跟魚湯， 或是一份火鍋呢？😊 沒有連鎖店家的滿目火鍋料， 喜歡原味鍋派的應該會喜歡。
