布納咖啡館 內湖館 — Restaurant in Neihu District

Went there for dinner on a Saturday in February 2021.

I'm giving this place four stars. While the food only warrants 3 stars, the atmosphere alone elevated the rating. The place emanates a fairy tale enchantment. Visiting this place is like walking into a story book.

My wife and I ordered a rack of lamb over risotto and a piece of grilled chicken over kimchi to share. The lamb was supposed to be cooked medium rare and it was almost spot on. Furthermore, the seasoning complemented, rather than overwhelmed, the meat. As such, I would rate the lamb four stars. However, the risotto was below par as the rice was too sticky whereas the sauce lacked sophistication.

The chicken was like those served in many other restaurants in Taipei which unfortunately means it was over processed and lost the natural flavor of chicken. The kimchi was overly seasoned with sugar which superceded the spicy and tangy flavor that is a hallmark of kimchi. I'd be generous rating this dish three stars.

My wife and I also each added on a bowl of soup which tasted like it was made with instant soup mix. In fact, there was too much starch in it. I'd definitely avoid ordering soup if I were to visit again.

The bread roll that came with the chicken dish was soft and provided excellent mouth feel. If it wasn't for the necessity to control my carb intake, I would have asked for more.

In summary, this is a decent place to have a bite if you are in the neighborhood. The setting is likely to elevate your mood even if the food served doesn't quite...

內湖一間獨棟的咖啡廳，從外觀來看就非常的舒適，進入店內後才發現空間出乎意料的大，而且生意非常的好，幾乎是滿桌的狀態😄

------------------ 餐點介紹 ------------------ 🍲 主廚濃湯 --蘑菇風味： 濃郁的菇香味以及綿密的口感，風味又不會過於膩口，真的是喝到停不下來🤤 --南瓜風味： 第二次來訪很幸運是喝到另一種風味的濃湯，濃湯風味濃郁，南瓜味也不會被奶味蓋過，每個喝過的都讚不絕口！

🍖 巴伐利亞脆烤豬腳佐德式酸菜 $590 餐點來了之後才知道原來這份的量超多😂 4個人吃可能比較剛好，豬腳皮烤的非常脆，肉的部分則是很嫩，完全不會柴，再配上德式酸菜或是黃芥末，每一口都非常的幸福❤️

🍝 波隆那肉醬千層麵佐水波蛋 $390 千層麵超好吃！中間的肉餡是豬肉及牛肉混合而成的，加上牽絲的起司、酸甜的蕃茄及上面像瀑布一下流下的蛋黃，一整個超級肥但超好吃😋 但個人覺得微鹹了一點....

🍕 夏威夷鮮蝦烤餅 $300 烤餅蠻大一份的，中間夾了彩椒、花椰菜、蝦子等等，一口咬下，鮮蝦Q彈的口感，沾上旁邊附的醬，是一道清爽的開胃菜😆

🥩 碳烤紐西蘭PS沙朗8oz $580 一上桌牛肉香直接撲鼻而來，餐點除了牛肉還有一些馬鈴薯、櫛瓜、糯米椒等等~ 另外旁邊還放了加熱石，在吃之前可以把牛肉放上去加熱！ 牛肉的熟度我們是點7分熟，個人覺得剛剛好，吃起來恰到好處，肉質蠻嫩的🤤 推薦直接灑上鹽巴，享受原汁原味的牛肉香

🐟 地中海香料烤魚 $430 除了主餐的烤魚，還附有6樣小菜、一碗飯、一碗甜湯及一杯飲料，烤魚的量非常多，大概有半條魚，肉質細緻綿密，擠上檸檬更加美味，多樣化的小菜也使整份餐點看上去更加豐盛😆 甜湯為熱的白木耳，但有點過甜了，這點有點可惜...

🍱 私房椒鹽豬腳 $420 與烤魚一樣附有6樣小菜、一碗飯、一碗甜湯及一杯飲料，豬腳至少有6大塊，吃起來Q彈，不會過鹹，可以搭配炸的酥脆的蒜頭，與德國豬腳比較不同的是這份的豬腳比較多的是皮跟膠質的部分，幾乎沒什麼肉🍖

🍝 特維爾紅醬義大利麵佐透抽 $420 義大利麵條軟硬適中，紅醬番茄香濃郁，給的量也十分足夠使每條麵能均勻裹附，其中透抽最另我印象深刻，吃起來非常新鮮，完全不會韌，非常脆彈

🥤 藍莓堅果優格 $250 沒有想過優格可以打的這麼濃，店家很大手筆的使用真材實料來製作，上層是藍莓優格堅果，下面應該是香蕉優格，分開喝或是混在一起都很好喝❤️

🥤 蔓越莓鳳梨優格 $250 外觀是真的超美，上層粉色下層白色的分層，蔓越莓的味道不算明顯，配上鳳梨算是蠻融合的，但與藍莓堅果相比還是差了一點...

🫖 布納鮮果茶 $200 水果香十足，除了茶包還加了蘋果、百香果等鮮果，一開始水果茶會比較甜，可以請服務員添加熱水，很適合在冬天或是較多人的聚會點份來一起喝

☕ 巴拿馬 藝妓 翡翠莊園 $280 ☕ 衣索比亞 吉瑪 利姆吉拉 $240 飲品一上桌我們都下了一跳😆 除了一大杯咖啡，還放了一杯有些咖啡粉的杯子，讓你聞咖啡粉本身的香味，另一杯是一杯裝有圓形冰塊的飲用杯，讓你把咖啡倒入其中 這一份可以兩個人一起分著飲用

真的很推薦這間咖啡館，是目前吃下來非常喜歡的有一家，店內也沒有時間的限制，另外會收一成服務費喔~ ❗提醒大家來的時候可以先訂位，尤其是假日的時候！
