This is a great place to try out great Taiwanese home cooking. There is a bounty of flavors, meats, vegetables, sauces, and adventurous ingredients if you’re not Taiwanese. Since it is a self help bar setup, you can choose the ones that pique your interest, enjoy, or just eat. The fish and meats are fresh, tender and done just right. There seem to be a steady stream of locals, usually a sign of a great place. The way food is calculated is unconventional, the owner looks at the plate and calculates the cost.
