Triple Cafe — Restaurant in Neihu District

Disappointing. I got one linguini with prawns and one black coffee.

The good point : Pastas were cooked perfectly, just al-dente !

The bad points :

1. pastas not cooked with enough salt, very flat

2. Prawns were given with shells, so I had to remove all by hand, and no wet tissues were given …. I was trying to work with my ipad, it was horrible to work with stinky fingers …. The triple cafe is a street food place or a cafe to work too ??

3. Staff not rude or bad BUT not friendly at all. At no moment they asked me if the food was okay, if I need anything for my prawns etc But the most annoying was they were absolutely not smiling. It looks like they all went to funeral in the morning… the owner has passed away ?? Come on, the minimum is to treat the customer in a friendly way and make sure he will come back.

4. small portion. I had 6 prawns and pastas … There was a few pieces of mushrooms, ginger and spicy but that is all …. Expensive

5. Americano coffee …. Looks more like water with a taste of coffee.

I live 5 years in Taiwan and it is definitely not one of the place I will...

The place is quite nice, the food is tasty but the service is quite disorganized. It was my first time going there it the experience was quite bitter. Our order got really messed up, my friend asked for a well-cooked burger and they brought it raw, when she asked if it could be grilled more, the service said no, and to either cancel the order or order something else, my other friend order a rice, and they forgot about it ( we had to remind them like 2-3 times) and at the end they totally forgot the desserts which we just cancelled cause we wanted to leave. The coordinator did took responsibility and didn't charge the 2 dishes that had problem, but still, due to all this mess we wouldn't go again even if the food was good. Customer service should be improve so when they have a big flow of clients they can still run the...

Worst service ever, I ordered their specialty hamburger and it came "alive", dripping blood. I asked the server to cook it more and the hell began. They said they could try to do anything. I mean it was just take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more. But their staff ended up complicating the situation and telling me I should order another hamburger, because they weren't able to take my hamburger back to the kitchen. I mean come on. What kind of service is that?. The thing is I wasn't even the only person on my table with an issue. My friend didn't even got her order at all. When we asked, they simply forgot to add it to our order. Worst experience in...
