For example, 燵璉火燒 (I would translate into “double turnovers” named after the cooking technique. Pot sticker, one side cooking. Beijing meat pie, two side cooking or turnover. This specialty dish is four side cooking, or I call it “double turnovers.” Stuff inside is made of shrimp, pork meat, and yellow chives. However the price is far lower than five star hotels.
