Unacceptable service.

My husband has severe nuts allergies.

We ordered a Caesar Salad, a quesadilla and a Hawaiian bbq burger (comes with a drink).

First thing that came out was the Caesar salad. We took a look there was different types of nuts in the salad. We specially checked the menu first to see if it was written on the menu. (We usually read through all the ingredients or else we would have specifically inform them when we ordered.) We checked menu first just in case it was an error on our end. There were nuts specifically written under other dishes but not the Caesar salad. We told the waiter about the concern. He took it back in. And came back out within a few minutes with another bowl covered with a different type of vegetable on top. We thought they replaced it. But when we started eating we realized there were still chunks of almonds hidden under the salad. We called the waiter over again. I asked to speak to the manager, there is still nuts in the salad. He said he spoke to the manager already and yes they just picked it out. Clearly, they did not take allergies into concern. I had to again express my concern. This is a life threatening situation anything can happen as common knowledge and at that point the restaurant will be at fault. He took it back in again and within minutes he came out again with the bowl the salad was a mess. It was clearly the same bowl, chicken was cold already at that point. No apology or said anything in any way. The manager that he spoke to never came out to express the concern why the salad was send back so many times. (We did saw him talking to a lady who supposedly is the manager).

After the salad was sent back multiple times, everything else were still not served. (At that time, the restaurant was clear and empty. Not busy.) burger finally came out after another 10 minutes.

Quesadilla and the drink never came out. At that point the burger was almost finished. I asked the waited if the quesadilla was made, if not, then please cancel it. He came back and mumbled it’s not made yet and cancelled for us.

When we went to pay, we sat literally right across from the cashier where the manager and other servers are. No one expressed anything regarding the service we experienced.

Very poor experience.

I used to eat here several times a week at the same time, the young waitresses and the kitchen staff are very friendly and professional. but I will not return, Marcus not supposed to close at noon, that is how they put it on their social media. but today a different older waitress wouldn't let me eat there after i was seated she said there is no kitchen and she kicked me out. It must be that she doesn't understand that you can take turns in the kitchen and she'd rather lose regular customers. Of course I will not return, I have eaten at Cuiqu right next door and the experience was much better. Thanks for not serving me...

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again! Staff was very friendly and knew the menu well.

I ordered the pink sauce pasta. The sauce was very rich but not too thick. The chicken breast was well marinated, not dry at all. The pink sauce was infused in the chicken breast, very juicy!

My boyfriend ordered the fish burger and it was delicious. The fries on the side was freshly fried so it was hot and crispy!

I'm glad I randomly walked into the restaurant. Would come again to try other dishes!
