McDonald's Neihu Jinlong Road — Restaurant in Neihu District

If you buy take away from this McDonald's, make sure that they have given you everything you've ordered. Today I bought some food, among them 10 pieces chicken Mcnuggets. The cashier said that she could only give me sweet&sour sauce, to which I said OK. Guess what when I got home, there was no sweet&sour sauce. How can I eat my nuggets without the sauce? This is the second time this year that they forgot to put the sauce in the bag. Last time they had one of their employees take a taxi just to deliver the sauce to my house, by the time I got them, the nuggets were already cold so I had to heat them up in the oven. when are you gonna take credit cards? It’s 2022 and you’re right inside a shopping mall!

I live nearby and recently I’ve ordered delivery two times and the experiences were both very good (not on the app. I have lots of complaints about the app), especially the delivery guys were very polite and friendly. However I still cannot use credit card even from the app/website! It’s extremely inconvenient since ppl might run out of cash when they order at home. This is a cash only Mcdonald's which is very rare arrangement in this world-famous brand. I guess globalization doesn't fit here. They told the reason why this happened because they need to report the daily revenue and get Fapiao from the mall.

So once again, the mall is quite essential to the local community but the logic and concept are very much driven by money which is very common.
