My favorite Vietnamese place in Taipei !

I used to go there a lot with my boyfriend, when we were living in Taipei. As a French with some Vietnamese origins, I totally felt like home when I go to this restaurant.

The staff is really friendly, even if not English-spoken, you can order easily in Viet (if you can speak Viet) or just use the pictures on the wall to show your order.

Had takeaway, ordered chicken rice vermicelli soup noodles. Very average. Fried spring rolls very poor, meat filling seems to consist of meat and yam/starchy garlic filling, not the usual wood ear and vermicelli filling. Wouldn't order again. Also ordered some kind of cubed lemongrass meat noodle salad - this was okay, noodle salad was decent with pickled veg and sauce. Price was good but you get what you paid for. 以前開在江子翠，近幾年搬家到現址，生意還是一樣好，平日有營業午餐和晚餐，假日只有營業晚餐，現在休息日從每週日改為每月的最後四天。 內用外帶都要先填單，內用自己找位置，填完單要先結帳。 菜單上有河粉、米線、雞蛋麵湯的和乾的，還有飯類、小菜、麵包、小火鍋和鍋燒麵，林林總總加起來超過100種口味，旁邊還有飲料冰箱提供罐裝飲料和調製飲料四款，選擇超級多。 牆壁標示上貼著禁帶外食和恕不加湯，餐具要自取，還有有附冰無糖茶。 結帳檯旁的醬料有醬油、辣椒、辣椒油、沙茶、萊姆角和越式必出現的上等海鮮醬和上等辣椒醬，要什麼用小碟子自己拿，這時拿個萊姆角是必要的。 出餐超快，結完帳到上餐不到5分鐘內餐點就上齊了。 相當推薦酸辣河粉，裡有豆芽、美生菜、鴨血、小魚丸、方型油豆腐、蕃茄舟、蝦子和越南火腿，河粉粗細不同，口感滑順，湯頭酸辣甜都有，連鴨血和油豆腐吸飽湯汁都是甜的，把萊姆現擠在湯裡湯頭更新鮮。 生春卷上的時後要先把沾醬拿下來，不然皮會黏在沾醬碟上，春卷裡面包細米線、銀芽、生菜、九層塔和超小片的蝦。沾醬是越式魚露，裡面有加木瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲和碎花生，吃起來很開胃，有些人會直接把生春卷當主菜吃。 法國麵包裡有紅白蘿蔔絲和黃瓜絲，還有越南火腿和豬頭皮，加上蛋黃醬和鵝肝醬配起來好吃又飽足，不過法國麵包嘴巴會咬的臉頰很酸就是了。 吃不完打包要自理，可以跟店員要紙袋和花袋，如果要外帶盒一個要5元。 店家只有一台小的立式廂型機和幾個掛扇，這個天氣喝完湯全身都是汗了，用餐感受不免扣分，但餐點口味不錯，...
