一店二店東西真的都好吃 食材挑選處理也感覺到用心 是溫暖的人做的菜 我很喜歡

但我有兩個小建議

八角建議可以用滷包包起來滷並且斟酌用量。香料是會隨著時間減少味道的 新到貨或是品質比較好的香料味道會比較飽滿 這時候可能就要注意是不是需要減少用量。 二店的滷肉飯便當5/16日的外帶咬到兩小塊八角粒 尤其外帶放一段時間後八角粒周圍的飯會沾染八角本身含有的香氛油，今天整個便當都是八角味對我來說實在是有些強烈了

滷肉飯便當5/16日 瘦肉比例比以往多許多 不知道是貨源更新還是隨著客人意見調整 但個人還是偏好之前一店肥肉比例較多的風格（而且我實在是想不到有哪間真的好吃的滷肉飯名店是瘦肉多的 最有名的幾間都是肥肉為主 這個觀點給你們參考）這些瘦肉在長時間的燉煮下口感對我來說就是存在感很強 但這完全是我吹毛求疵的個人喜好 你們做自己喜歡的菜最重要

東西真的美味 光有技術但不溫柔的廚師是煮不出這種味道的 也非常在意客人的感受 你們生意好不是沒有原因 希望你們能更加油精進 將這個精神延續...
