Ah Bee Cakery is an absolute gem when it comes to desserts! The Tiramisu stole my heart with its melt-in-the-mouth texture and the perfect harmony of coffee, cream, and chocolate. Every bite was a symphony of flavors with the flawless combination of delicate sponge cake and rich coffee essence.

Their Lemon Tart is a true testament to precision and balance. The smooth texture and impeccably managed pie shell provide the ideal backdrop for the tantalizing citrus flavor. It's neither too sour nor too sweet, just the right amount to keep you reaching for more.

As for the Mixed Berry Roll, which apparently is also the crowd’s favourite, is a delightful explosion of taste in every bite. The meringue outer shell strikes the perfect balance of sweetness, enveloping a medley of berries that dance on your palate. The addition of passionfruit mousse takes the experience to new heights, while the light cream filling adds a touch of indulgence without overwhelming the senses.

And let's not forget about their specialty—the famous Pandan chiffon cake, available only through preorder. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try it this time round as it is available only through preorder.

Ah Bee Cakery is a delightful gem in Banqiao, Taiwan! The shop is well known for its cakes and pastries. It has a warm, inviting atmosphere with charming Taiwan and Singapore decoration.

I tried their Tiramisu cake, which was crafted with high-quality ingredients, ensuring a balanced flavor profile with a perfect sweetness. Each bite offers a creamy, airy texture absolutely divine. I also tried their  carrot cake which was moist and had just the right amount of sweetness.

Their prices are reasonable for the quality and variety offered and definitely worth every penny!

The owner, Ming Kai, and his wife are friendly and provide great service. I highly recommend Ah Bee Cakery to anyone looking for delicious cakes, pastries and excellent service in Taiwan. I’ll definitely be travelling back to try his other yummy and creative...

Did not manage to pre-order their most popular seasonal pandan chiffon cake, but we were so lucky to be able to grab the last single piece of it on the day of our visit. Pandan chiffon is so fluffy and moist, it is almost like a cloud :)

Soaked ourselves in this cozy cafe, we found us happily digging for more bites of their fragrant pandan-flavoured waffles which is a match with kaya. Their Ribena berry soda and iced tea are definitely great thirst quencher.

Not forgetting the other items like brownie, pandan cream cheese roll and curry quiche in their menu which also deserve good ratings.
