滿築 Man Zhu Hot Pot 極品鍋物 — Restaurant in New Taipei

是一家讓人蠻驚艷的火鍋店，外表乾乾淨淨的，雖然都是由年輕人所經營，但桌子整理的非常乾淨，還會用泡泡水擦拭乾淨不會黏黏或髒髒的。主餐部分，橄欖豬非常大片，而且肉質吃起來不會硬硬老老的，反而是Q彈脆口的感覺，很喜歡這樣的豬肉。板腱牛的部分也很新鮮，而且肉質雖然比較嫩但也吃不太出來中間那條筋的韌性，口感很好。菜盤的芋頭是能煮透而且很綿的，很喜歡。玉米也是帶有甜甜的味道。沾醬的部分，有特製的沙茶醬，帶有非常非常濃郁的超魚料乾貨的小魚味道，非常濃也香，跟一般市面上的沙茶醬味道完全不一樣，很好吃。牛奶鍋加湯的時候看起來是用原湯店家，不會用稀釋過的湯頭，這個超級加分，為了不浪費，直接把湯全喝光光😂😂。冰淇淋是用明治的，就是中規中矩的味道。唯一小可惜是沒有亞柏丁沙朗牛了（店員說一般沙朗牛也沒了），希望下次能吃到。整體來說給予非常高的肯定而且價格又實惠，下次想吃火鍋會優先想到的店家。超推薦👍👍若能一直維持這樣的水準，開分店指日可待。😍😍 It is an amazing hot pot restaurant. 我疑惑那些給五星的是不是買的！？或許我真的跟別人不一樣嗎？但我看完不是給五顆星的評論後，我不是那個不一樣的人，反倒覺得五星的評論是真的有吃過嗎？還是刷手！！

1.用餐時間已經不是高峰時段，八點的時間 基本上已經不是滿坐，還有一半的桌數都是空的，一進到店裡卻沒人招呼帶位 站了一小小會，是沒有超過30分鐘 但是從沒有遇過進店裡沒人招呼 還是櫃檯的胖女孩站起來才發現原來我們就在眼前

2.給了菜單後就放生了我們🤣也不會介紹或是協助點餐，是真的已經看到隔壁桌居然都被加湯兩回了，我這桌還是沒人理，還是再她加湯後馬上自己喊了服務員才進入點餐階段

3.服務員的服務態度 除了櫃檯的胖女孩外 外場好像僅僅是兩位 但這兩位呢 卻又在廚房沒出現 不知道是廚房沒人再幫忙還是…但起碼外場兩位瘦瘦的女孩起碼都還很敬業在努力著給予最佳的服務

4.餐點上了之後真的疑惑 沒有火鍋料也算是這間店的特色 但是 你要給蔬菜其他料品是不是就該多樣式或是少樣式量多，沒火鍋料就算了，料品給的量就是你煮下去後就是西北少的，光是海帶蔬菜真的煮下去沒看到菜在哪裡耶🤣點了加價海鮮的蛤蜊 真的是土味，湯底的部份真的一開始就點昆布就好了 不用多想嘗試啥別的味道

5.裝潢看起來是不錯 排煙不ok 空間流線不ok 醬料區都髒亂 冰品的部分我就不考慮了

6.結論下來 喜歡的人會喜歡 不喜歡的人還是不喜歡 評論上的滿天星...
