越南西貢美食小吃 — Restaurant in New Taipei

I stopped by here for a late lunch. Unlike a lot of the places around me, they don't close in the afternoon. There menu is in Chinese only and I totally misordered because of my limited skills but what I got was still delicious.

I ended up with the stir fried rice noodles with beef. There were some bean sprouts and pieces of bok choi in there too. It came with a pot of super hot chili and citrus juice. I think it was lemon and lime. I also had the fried spring rolls. They were tasty too. It's not straight up Vietnamese. It's been adapted to Taiwanese tastes but still good.

I chatted with the boss lady and she was very nice and even sold me a bottle of hoisin sauce after I mentioned I looked in all the grocery stores for some. I'll definitely be back to get the pho and shrimp rolls when I get...

位於新莊中華路二段馬路旁的新莊在地越南小吃料理。

招牌的話，牛肉河粉這道。就地道的越南河粉。然後我喜歡加🍋檸檬汁調味。清淡健康又美味。還有牛肉飯也不錯，牛肉用的很軟嫩可口，飯用秈米這樣。

評價的話，就位處好找的地方，該有的越料與醬料都有。同鄉與通曉越南語言的也會來吃。但人手有限（真的是街邊小吃非餐廳）。機車停車空間小！語言溝通無障礙。售價CP值還可，所以給四顆星評價

第一次主動推薦越南小吃店家 不管價錢還是份量跟口味都跟我超合 我點的是生菜手捲份量比我想像多 然後跟豬肉冬粉⋯⋯ 生菜手捲醬料真的很重要 之前吃很多本身醬都太甜➕再多檸檬還是不行，後來就都請朋友媽媽做醬料， 竟然會有一家店的醬料這麼合我，我只在➕一點點檸檬而已，吃完後我連剩下醬汁都喝光，很清爽

下次一定再光顧，手捲醬汁可以涼拌米線我就敢點了！老闆娘人很好，很少會店家會願意多給...
