I went to this restaurant a few weeks ago after a recommendation from a colleague. I was surprised to find the conversation I had with the boy on the other line when I made the booking was so rude and uninviting. It made me want to cancel my booking but because my colleague has great taste, I decided to still try it out. I took my parents and my husband and my baby who was in a stroller to the restaurant. When I got there, the boy with the glasses, who I'm sure I spoke to on the phone told me my table was upstairs. I asked if we could go downstairs as we had a stroller and he said we couldn't. I then asked if I could leave the stroller downstairs somewhere and he said I had to take it with me upstairs. I was shocked and disgusted that he couldn't accomodate for us somehow. Thankfully a customer heard us and offered us a place to leave our stroller near an empty chair on their table. We walked up and there was a huge 10-seated table for the 5 of us. I found out later that the boy misunderstood me on the phone. Read more(今日) 今天點了八道菜以及一份甜點,如同上次一樣挺滿意的,由於同行的不能吃太辣,所以就點小辣而已,下次想點大辣的試試看。 酸辣打拋豬,意外的很好吃,很像是泰式料理店會端出來的味道,不過裡面有加入番茄跟九層塔,所以稍微比較台式一些,但是口味是真的很有層次。 五更腸旺煲,這道普通,肥腸不會過硬,鴨血也軟嫩,可惜完全不入味,也不辣,可以不用點。 蔥爆牛肉,特地加了小辣,雖然還是不辣,味道我覺得可以,就是一般熱炒店的味道,唯獨少了點鍋氣。 左宗棠嫩雞,這道也普通,吃得出來雞肉軟嫩,味道卻只有醬油味,可以不點。 蒜蓉鮮蚵,蚵仔很新鮮又很大顆,搭配上簡單的調味,還不錯,不過吃多了容易膩,適合多人共享。 鳳梨蝦球,這道我喜歡,肥美的炸蝦球加上甜甜的美乃滋,不喜歡鳳梨的也可以接受,蝦子上沒有鳳梨的味道跟刺刺感。 金沙豆腐,鹹蛋黃的香味有出來,豆腐軟嫩且入味,可惜沒有加入蔥段,不然滋味會更好,豆腐也似乎沒炸過或者沒有炸很久,所以少了些口感。 蝦醬高麗菜,如果想吃菜可以點,不會雷。 甜點當然是炸銀絲卷,超好吃的,有去一定要點。
(半年前) 今天點了五菜一湯以及一份甜點,整體來說挺滿意的,不過菜色幾乎都不怎麼辣,有點可惜,希望可以調整辣度。 第一道先上的是銀絲卷,因為是甜點原本期望是最後才上的,炸銀絲卷香脆的口感,搭配上煉乳以及花生粉相當令人開胃,這是我今天最喜歡的菜色。 第二道是宮保嫩雞,雞肉是真的有嫩,如果把乾辣椒一起吃下去的話大概有小辣。 第三道是麻辣肥腸煲,雖然完全一點麻辣的感覺也沒有,不過肥腸、豆芽菜和秀珍菇的量都挺多的。 第三道是老皮嫩肉,豆腐非常嫩搭配上柴魚高湯的味道,很讚,適合老人家點。 第四道是塔香茄子,沒有特別喜歡吃茄子,不過茄子處理的很不錯,讓人看起來很有食慾。 第五道是豆豉鮮蚵,我上餐館幾乎都不會點這道,因為容易踩雷,但是這家店的可以點,豆豉的味道不會過重,軟嫩的鮮蚵及豆腐咻地一下就滑進喉嚨裡,我吃了超多。 第六道是蒼蠅頭,這道我覺得有點太鹹了,而且皮蛋的香味沒有出來,沒有特別推。 第七道是薑絲蛤蜊湯,調味有些過淡,且薑絲味道也沒有出來,...
