Long wait time for a table (of 4) during the weekend, when a lot of people do their weekly shopping at Carefour. Take a number first, then do your shopping. Hardly any wait during weekdays. Food selection is decent and the price isn't too high. Convenient location is a plus for people with...

我在2025/9/23下午時段去用餐 結帳時間看了一下載具是15：05 我真的真的想請教一下這間分店是沒有店長了嗎？整間店糟成這樣是怎麼回事啊？？ 剛坐下，桌上有抹布剛清潔過的濕度在桌上，用衛生紙擦乾發現竟然是醬色的水，主管沒有教育好職員，到底在幹嘛？ 點餐系統內有個小遊戲可以兌換豬肉片，我自認此遊戲完美過關了三次，但分數卻達不到拿肉的分數(8000分)，是在唬爛消費者？ 也許是因為這小遊戲花了不少時間，導致送來的滷肉飯裡面白飯變成一團一團黏在一起 這個無法第一時間證實是因為白飯在煮的過程中水的比例錯誤造成的就算了 不過你們送來的國產雞腿肉 骨比肉多這點讓我感到訝異，沒想到王品的品質現在是這樣🤷‍♂️ 因雞腿肉量太少於是多單點了一份嫩肩牛 結果送來的嫩肩牛跟同行家人的那一份嫩肩牛完全不一樣，筋有夠明顯有夠大 這樣怎麼會出餐給客人？！王品欸？！ 是我把王品旗下餐廳都想的太美好嗎？ 記憶還停留在西堤的品質，結果石二鍋竟然會這樣… 也不是第一次吃這間分店了⋯ 再來 你們的招牌 冬瓜檸檬冰沙 根本是喝糖水了…完全沒有檸檬的酸只剩死甜 結論 所有的細節我認為最該負責的是店長 沒有照著SOP造成的「小問題」，把王品的招牌越擦越髒 可惜

2025/09 用熊貓外送平台滿470$打65折，點了兩鍋雪花牛（石頭鍋跟麻辣鍋）搭配白飯跟滷肉飯，還有兩杯冬瓜檸檬冰沙，結帳金額410$，平均每人消費金額205$，划算。 一如往常的味道，不過畢竟是外帶，醬料就只有沙茶跟辣椒了，內用最愛用蒜末、蔥花跟清醬油。 - 2023/09 有麻辣鍋，點了麻辣鍋。主餐是雪花牛跟嫩肩牛。麻辣鍋辣度很低，大概連微辣都不到。 - 2023/02 再次回訪，喜歡石頭鍋配雪花牛。 - 2022/05 安格斯霜降牛肉蠻不錯的，大概燙5秒內即可。 - 2022/04 10:50到現場現場用門市取號機抽號碼牌，11:00開始營業，11:05前就入座了。 兩人點了雪花牛（菜多）跟安格斯梅花牛（肉多），還有一張昨天到家樂福消費送的梅花豬兌換券。 石二鍋的醬料真的很不錯，冬瓜檸檬也是萬年經典。 雪花牛跟安格斯梅花牛的牛味都還算明顯，但切勿燙太熟，火力用「中」的話，幾乎是涮3秒就可以拿起來了，不小心太熟的話牛味就會消失而且太乾硬。 店員很客氣，說明詳細。 整體很ok，偶爾想吃時會再回訪。
