在前去「秦朝老碗麵」時就路過這間店，見到它尚未開門營業，但門口已經排上了隊伍。心想這也相當厲害了，而且在這我覺得不算非常熱鬧的地段，不過就是個牛肉麵店？排的隊伍完全不輸給那些日本拉麵店。頓時讓我感到訝異不已，著寔好奇到底是怎樣的實力讓它這麼具有吸引力？ 原本是沒機會去吃的，正因為一個饃、一碗麵，吃了個空虛與寂寞，按照導航回程又走了原路正好經過。看到店內已經幾乎滿座之外，還有外送員在那等餐，心想這不就才瞌睡，就有人遞枕頭嗎？豈能不吃看看？畢竟在板橋，跑一趟也不是有那麼大的動力。 坐定位、點好餐，這才驚覺完蛋了。放眼望過去的每一個人，掃了一輪之後，確認有餐點正在吃的不到兩成。這時我都想退單，反正這景況得輪到我有吃上一碗麵，也是猴年馬月了？不久逮到阿嬤服務員，問她這得等多久？她先說很抱歉，再說廚房剛剛出錯，很快了。我想反正我也不算餓，只是覺得剛剛在秦朝老碗麵吃得頗為失望而已，就等吧。沒想到邊看著閒書沒多久，我的麵就來了……還有好幾人比我早上桌的，都還在等呢。我還再問一次，這是我的？ 這碗麵真的沒啥可說的，普通得很，就是你隨處可以吃到的口味，不論是牛肉、湯頭和麵條都是，就是台灣人到處都煮出來的味道。真正的優點就是便宜！這碗麵才要價140元，那牛肉是真的夠大塊，是那種明顯的大──當然沒有中和「蔡家牛肉麵」那麼大，但以大塊和厚度而言，已經很厲害了。其它方面，真的讓我覺得好久沒吃到這樣的牛肉麵了。畢竟，因為吃過太多碗牛肉麵，往往見到顏色就知道合不合自己期待中的水平，所以幾乎不太專程去吃牛肉麵。這回路過吃一口，瞬間把我帶回幾十年前，總會路邊亂吃牛肉麵的記憶，就是那種隨處都有的味道，賣給所有人吃麵的牛肉麵味道。 更多食記谷歌南河雜俎。

推薦指數😍😍😍😍😍 餐點品味😍😍😍😍😍 價格公道😍😍😍😍😍 店家環境😍😍😍😍😍 服務品質😍😍😍😍😍 如果問我說在大地震發生前，最想要吃什麼來畫下人生的句點，毫無疑問就是阿達師牛肉麵了吧！ 這次是我第一次來到阿達師，光在外看到招牌，就看到店門口聚集了不少正在等內用和外帶的顧客，讓我對於第一次的體驗又充滿了更多信心！ 店內位置有大桌和小桌的，不論是兩三好友或是家庭都很適合在此內用，走道也不會顯得擁擠，周圍環境也都保持的乾淨，是很舒服的用餐環境，而且大概每2～3桌之間都有懸掛式衛生紙，我覺得是個牛肉麵店必備的標配！！！ 餐點的部分這次點了紅燒牛肉麵家常麵小碗，每碗麵都有麵條種類可以選擇，陽春麵、細麵、家常麵。等了大概5～10分鐘後，熱騰騰的牛肉麵就端上桌了，一碗麵好不好吃最重要的就是湯頭，我嘗試喝了一口湯頭，哇！這真的是牛肉麵會有的湯頭嗎，喝了一口直接上癮，各種調料在湯頭中呈現一種柔和的平衡，鹹淡恰到好處，可說是齒頰留香！麵條的軟硬度也抓的非常剛好，粗而帶勁，軟滑的麵條，讚！牛肉的部分更不用說了，如果我說了這麼多還覺得牛肉會不好吃，那我只能獨享這佳餚了，唯一要補充的就是，肉很多塊！！ 最後，當我在等餐時，眼睛餘光時不時會飄到廚房裡忙碌的大廚，我覺得一間店好不好吃用不用心，從料理的過程就能感覺出來，只有親身體會過才知道那種感覺，當我看到老闆娘在廚房裡認真對待每碗即將端上桌的牛肉麵，我就知道我選對店家了，眼神不會騙人！老闆娘對待每碗牛肉麵就像對待自己的孩子一樣，眼神中透露慈母的神韻，希望他能夠帶給客人健康、飽足，孩子開心、家長放心，絕對是最頂的牛肉麵👍

The beef noodle soup is incredibly delicious and so are the variety of side dishes (which are sliced and prepared to order). The broth is savory, the noodles have the perfect amount of bounce/chew, and the beef is tender/melt-in-your mouth tender. Prices are very reasonable as well at 150 ntd (less than $5) per bowl. This is a jewel of a find if you are looking for some authentic Taiwanese...

2020/2月 更正：阿達師牛肉麵仍非常好吃，並未改變食材的設計。只是缺料時可能賣出較不一樣的牛肉麵，建議店家和顧客事前告知。調回五顆星評價。希望店家繼續加油。

原本阿達師的牛肉麵是我認為大台北地區屬一屬二的牛肉麵，雖然價格調漲過，但品質並沒有改變。但是2021年1月我發現阿達師在不敢再次漲價的情況下，大幅調整牛肉麵的內容，牛肉變得更小塊，雖然添加兩小片牛肚，但感覺跟過去相比顯得更加縮水，相關食材配料也跟過去不同。店內環境還可以，店內的食物除了牛肉麵外，其實其它菜單上的並沒有什麼特別好吃或特別有特色的東西。對於阿達師更動牛肉麵的食材和調漲牛肉麵的價格，實在是讓人覺得非常非常遺憾。我比較喜歡以前牛肉麵的做法、用料和味道，跟現在相比之下，以前的牛肉麵外觀看起來更美味更好看，似乎感受上更大碗，牛肉也更大塊。希望店家能再想想，建議盡可能不要改變牛肉麵的做法，如果真的有成本考量的苦衷，萬不得已，我從消費者的角度也希望店家寧可漲價，也不要對原本的牛肉麵縮水。誠心希望店家改回原本的牛肉麵做法，少賺一點，才能留得住客戶，新舊顧客也才會更喜歡去消費。對於阿達師的評價，暫時從五顆星星調降到四顆星，除非店家改變，否則我也會減少到店內用餐的頻率。原本麻辣牛肉麵一碗大碗170元也不算便宜，再將牛肉麵縮減食材控制成本，其實沒什麼意思。

2020年以前的原評價： 這是一家我最喜歡的牛肉麵店之一，沒得什麼獎，但比得獎的店還好吃。我經常帶著家人在這裡用餐。這間店的牛肉煮得很好吃，店員態度良好，我認為這家阿達師比大庭還好吃。缺點是大小碗差太多，紅燒跟麻辣牛肉麵都非常好吃。希望店家繼續努力加油，在價格調漲上務必更加謹慎小心。非常...
