服務很不專業 一個問題反應超久 還是沒有人聽懂 一星只能獻給貴店了 針對您的回覆我跟您說明一下 其實您當下告知我沒有辦法取消 並且是在還沒有配對司機的情況 所以才會請您這邊取消 當天是 我是在11:31訂餐11:33致電 兩分鐘的時間 女店員回答我說餐點做好了 我也表示我餐點是要的 確實是少一份餐點想要加點 才詢問是否可以取消 後來換了男店員來表示 你們那邊沒有辦法點選取消 餐點做好"即將送出訂單" 這樣表示您當下還沒有按出配對司機 再者這一切都在11:33的電話中發生 最後您確實也沒有幫我取消餐點 我當下超過12點都還沒有收到餐點 並且畫面顯示"餐點製作中" 於是又有打電話過去詢問 不能理解的是 您這邊33分就說已經做好的餐點 我過了半小時卻遲遲沒有收到 也沒有顯示司機資訊 民權路到中正路應該不可能配對不到司機吧 最後您說您還是幫我取消了訂單 其實並沒有唷 您沒有取消~我這筆訂單完完整整的沒有變動 也沒有取消且有付款759...
