我是在疫情前就開始固定光顧的老客人，經歷過紙本卷到新的會員累積制度（也早已是金卡會員），也經歷過不只一次的菜單漲價更新，包括套餐改成不附蛋和已取消的宵夜場肉雙倍，以上我都可以理解，也依舊繼續支持，因為以前非常欣賞也認同店家的好服務和對食材的堅持。

基本上包含炎熱的夏天，都是每週或隔週一定固定報到的老主顧，消費都能查到紀錄，我也不怕店家查詢近一年的消費紀錄，基本每月最少最少也是吃三次。

但近期開始體驗變得越來越糟，而且是糟糕透頂，在店內會吃到困惑甚至生氣的程度，似乎是因為開了信義分店的關係嗎？醬料區開始會少東少西，也沒有要補，今年不過才剛滿兩個月，已經歷過一次沒有沙茶醬和另一次沒有泰式醬，至少兩次香菜是空的，也經歷兩次附餐沒有白飯，以前偶爾發生都只是特殊情況，店員都會提早說也都可以理解，而今年開始似乎變成常態而且自助檯面變得很亂（老客人都知道以前很乾淨整齊）。

而服務也變得非常隨便不親切，店員不再招呼是否需要介紹菜單、也不主動協助加湯，全程除了點餐無任何服務，雖然身為常客已習慣自己加湯，但以前的店員都會禮貌詢問是否有任何需要幫助的地方，從好服務店家變成零服務店家讓人感到非常錯愕。

以上都是今年開始至今的實際消費體驗，雖有不滿但沒有到來評論區反應的嚴重程度，但近兩次消費時感到非常失望，結帳時被店家告知金卡權益即將更改（取消），身為老客人感到十分遺憾，感受上就是除了又一次的換菜單漲價外，服務變差的同時也變相砍常客福利。

而店家提供壽星優惠行之有年，今天吃到本月第三次突然被店員於點餐時告知不再提供壽星優惠的肉加量（最後選了一顆干貝的替代方案）但這一個月上週和上上週消費時都還可以使用？這個月甚至還沒過完呢？BTW...
