This has got to be one of the weirdess pizza experience, remind me of the pizzerias in Florence & Tuscans and yet it has a distinctive local Taiwan appeal to it.
The dough can be described with local slang for springiness, "Q" is what a lot of locals can relate to when biting into the pizza dough.
Some of the ingredients are so familiarly Tuscan but yet the combination somehow gave it a local twist!
Also won international accolades for some of the signature pizzas. Top notch!!!
A surprise treat for those with sweet tooth, the dessert pizza call "sweetheart", the dough and nutella spread reminds me of those cold winter nights with nutella banan crepe in the street of Paris!
The pastas and risottos are equally appetizing!

The pizza is amazing and is not your typical Taiwanese style pizza. The flavor and quality is exceptional! Be sure to save room for the tiramisu, it will blow your mind. Read moreNevermind the best restaurant in Luzhou, this was the best Italian we have come across in Taiwan. Made using a traditional stone pizza oven, this gave the pizza a unique taste with fresh ingredients used for the toppings. The pasta we chose was served in a delicious tomato sauce.
