Definitely best beef noodles in Taipei. Exclusive bouquets with 5 spices, dark garlic, shallots and mysterious secret ingredient in the soup. It’s phenomenal balance of beef stock, umami, spicy, and mala flavor. You can’t find the same flavor elsewhere. Highly recommended. A beef noodle only specialized restaurant. Comes in large, medium and small size bowls. Most people just order the small one cause it’s already the general average size. They add grinded garlic in their soup, which brings a very special flavor to it’s taste. I personally enjoy the unique taste of their...
