Great little place. Not likely to get a walk in so make a reservation. They basically have two options, pork or beef. You then get your set where they serve everyone in the restaurant at the same time so there may be a slight wait. The food was very nice and the staff explained everything and were very helpful. Seemed like one member of staff per customer as well, plenty working there. The hamburger patties were soft and very flavorsome....

This is Japanese hamburger in Taiwan twist. Everyone has counter seat and could see kitchen and chefs clearly.

The minced beef steak was ground rather fine compared to American patty. Mine was cooked to medium perfectly.

The main difference between these served in Japan is the sauce. Most Japanese ones use demi glace sauce but the restaurant uses chef-created ones.

Way below the average, don’t waste your time and money. The meat itself was good but not amazing. The service was…. don’t even know how to describe it. It’s just so awkward. One staff took my egg tray away without asking if I want to refill. They have poker face on…Personally don’t think it’s worth the money.
