I’ve visited many brunch places nearby this area. I have to say this place is by far my top choice. From the texture of the savoury food they serve, you can see that they take their culinary services seriously. I didn’t order any cakes or desert, so cannot make comments on those.

A couple of downsides tho - the kitchen fume is pretty disturbing. There’s only a think curtain dividing the kitchen and the front of the restaurant. You can also hear what’s going on in the kitchen. The seating area is fairly limited although the space is actually pretty big. So I believe there are some smart configurations that the management can make to accommodate more customers.

CS is okay. Not too bad but I won’t say it’s excellent. For a local small brunch place like this I think it’s satisfactory enough. They remembered my requests (hot, no sugar) on the black tea and serve all the food promptly.

身為越南麵包控的我，觀望這間餐廳好一陣子，等了半年終於有機會吃到了～

整間店不大，但非常的乾淨明亮，很適合網美來拍照！如果沒有候位客人，就不會限時，和朋友默默的就待了三小時。

菜單上各個品項的內含物都標示的很清楚，讓挑食的人一眼就知道該避開那些品項，不用額外的服務費、還可以用街口支付。

🥖經典越式烤豬里肌法國麵包 $150

💟基本面： 麵包烤到表層很硬，感覺敲人會痛的硬度，但吃起來很酥脆像吃餅乾，麵包本身成分單純（吃不出有奶油味或甜味），大小適中 有加豬肝醬跟美極醬油，豬肝醬豬味較重，個人不是太喜歡（對豬味比較敏感一些） 夾入小黃瓜（片狀）、很多香菜、一點點洋蔥（好像是不小心加到的，菜單上沒有標示）、越式醃蘿蔔及豬里肌 醃蘿蔔切成細條狀，超級細，但因為量給得蠻足的，有達到解膩的效果，蘿蔔酸甜脆都有到位，算是裡面我蠻滿意的部分 主菜就是醃過的豬里肌，份量剛剛好，調味蠻鹹的，但肉質是軟嫩的，像是比較厚的早餐店豬排切成長條塊狀 整體味道因為肉加上醬油的關係偏鹹，但還好醃蘿蔔給的多，吃起來不死鹹，而是鹹中微甜 口味及配料沒辦法客製化

🥗附餐沙拉、紅茶（飲料可折抵$20）+$59

附餐的沙拉是加和風醬，份量不多，但算下來39元也不好要求太多，菜吃起來蠻新鮮的！如果不另外點飲料就會附紅茶（可以選擇冷、熱）

☕️經典越式滴漏咖啡 $100

第一次嘗試越南咖啡，之前擔心加了煉乳的飲品會過甜，知道這裡必點是越式咖啡，就鼓起勇氣點下去。 店員很親切的教如何使用咖啡器具，咖啡很濃喝起來苦澀中帶點微甜的奶味，加了煉乳的咖啡口感變得更加滑順，改變我對於加煉乳的飲品都很甜的刻板印象！ 但因為我平常咖啡喝的比較淡，所以喝完有一點心悸（喝星巴克的咖啡就會心悸），對咖啡比較敏感的人就比較不推薦

🆖缺點面： 單純以越南法國麵包商品來說，價格偏高 商品不能客製化 裡面沒有越南火腿😢
