只能說，這間沒關門。可能靠的是對面學校，不然就是店面是自己的。 先說一下原因好了。 1、用餐環境：室內竟然沒開空調。另外油煙味超重。我敢相信，用完餐鐵定全身味道。（所以本來要內用，立刻改打包外帶）。 2、服務：我想可能櫃檯要麻沒睡飽，要麻今天心情不好。整個死氣沉沉，講話有氣無力的，面容死僵。 3、餐點：貴，離譜的貴。卡拉雞腿堡加蛋一杯大冰紅。我的天～～119。是他們連鎖店，都那麼貴嗎？？這物價感到恐怖。然後呢～～就很難吃。119不是花不起，但這樣的餐點，絕對有其它早餐店能選擇，可以吃的更舒服好吃。 綜合以上，我算是踩了雷。

Food was sub par, not to mention they got my order wrong two times.

Decided to give them another chance, and I had to wait 30 mins before asking if they have started preparing my order which they haven’t.

Decided to ask for my money...

我外帶手上拿著菜單明明就劃好單再等結帳，再收銀台站了一下想說沒收銀員等一下，結果收銀員一出來就先說筆再前面先劃，還講了三次，也不問我是不是劃好了。我說我已經劃好了，他回我「喔好」之後還是再弄自己剛剛去拿的東西不幫我結帳，這最起碼也要說一下「不好意思燒等我一下」吧？服務基本的禮貌都不會還站櫃檯？我點了三個主餐，餐點好了也只說「兩個排餐好了」，我怎麼會知道是我的，不講三個餐也不說是什麼餐，你們餐名取假的嗎？我想說怎麼喊了兩三次沒人理她，原來是我的啊！！她還看著我說「兩個排餐的好了」，心裡無名火整個上來，想說算了拿完餐就離開，一回家看發現到沒餐具沒提醒要拿就算了，居然連飲料都少給我，超級生氣！第一次來這間Laya的感覺就這麼差，不會再來了！其他間Laya都沒這麼糟糕，也難怪google評...
