天使雞排-樂華店 — Restaurant in New Taipei

on our first visit, passed by whilst it was mildly raining so the usual throng of people lining up was reduced to less than four. ordered the spicy (little spicy) version for TWD 75.

the deep fried chicken chop was extremely delicious here and easily the largest and thickest one we have seen. it was exceptionally thick (the bone-in breast part of the chicken) and covered in a delicious, super crispy batter. despite the crunchy, crispy batter, the inside was moist and tender. the lack of loose bones made the gastronomic experience much more pleasant. temperature wise it was quite hot and with the spiciness it felt much more so, so best to let it cool a bit first.

on a recent visit, tried medium spicy. preferred this over little spicy so get this if you can handle...
