昨天下午在鶯歌老街意外發現的酸種麵包，老闆用可愛的單車在街邊販售，搭配一口流利的中文非常溫馨，感覺是帶著熱情和夢想在台灣這片土地用手、用麵團揉塑著生活💕單純的麥香和麵粉香氣，現場馬上ㄧ邊散步一邊用手隨性扒著品嚐，是非常乾淨的味道，今早切成薄片烤熱再搭配奶油或是巴沙米克都非常美味，之後去鶯歌會再回購的！

最美的氣孔🥰 北台灣終於能買到好吃的sourdough，在鶯歌的工作室，離我家很近，購買很方便！還可以訂購再去工作室取貨！ 這次購買四穀及原味的酸種麵包！ 酥脆而柔韌的外皮，水潤的麵包體，帶回家切片再回溫烤，會變得很酥脆！ 搭配湯、鷹嘴豆泥或抹醬都很棒！重點是！！老闆的產品都是純素的！
