Service felt rushed and careless—drinks and food were placed abruptly on the table, which detracted from the dining experience. The pasta was overwhelmingly spicy, to the point where the actual flavors of the dish were lost.
One of the most off-putting moments was when two staff members began dusting and mopping the floor around our table while we were still eating, stirring up dust right next to our food. That showed a lack of basic hospitality awareness.
