McDonald's Banqiao Zhongshan — Restaurant in New Taipei

This MCD is near our Taiwan home. Visited this afternoon with my daughter for a late lunch. Food quality is decent and service is also decent as well. However, the employee seemed new and mischarged my total by NT 5, which is only about USD 16 cents. However instead of allowing me to pay the difference in cash, because I had used credit card to pay for lunch, the supervisor said she had to credit the original sale amount back to the card and then recharge me the correct amount. This is another example of how Taiwan rules/procedures seem a bit rigid and how the people are inflexible in their thinking/approach to customer service. Best Big Brkfst i had ever. Here in Taiwan the regular Big Brkfst comes with a round piece of ham instead of a small piece of burger meat as well as hash brown and omelet. But it's including 4 chicken nuggets and 3 pieces of pancakes which makes it overall great. People nice and delivering service, no hussle asking for pepper, salt or butter. This was my WORST experience ever. I got the fish burger and once you get it, it is ALL messed up the sauce is all on the wrapper, then the worst part comes. I eat it and it tastes HORRIBLE.
