They blatantly ignored our order. Took them 20minutes to get it together after serving multiple people that ordered after this. After pointing it out to them, they continued to ignore the order. I highly suggest using...

《麥當勞令媽媽擔憂與害怕的一餐》

8/23晚上帶二個小孩至永和中正店用餐, 結果發現漢堡麵包上有類似鋼絲/釘書針的東西, 很錯愕, 如果吃之前沒把包裝整個打開翻看,應該就直接吞咬下去了... (我小孩有類血友病,傷口流血不能像一般人在正常時間下凝固, 很難想像若傷口在喉嚨或體內, 身為一個媽媽我真的很難接受這場狀況會發生在"麥當勞", 老實講當場我是一陣錯愕, 回到家後整個晚上都還處於擔憂與害怕的情境下的...)

當場我拿到櫃枱給店員看並詢問, 結果店員拿走就請我等一下,等了10多分鐘有人送來一個小薯+一小杯開水,再度請我再等一下, 他們還在釐清, 又等了10多分鐘後, 來了一位員工向我道歉, 回覆我說, 目前釐清不是他們店的問題, 是廠商問題, 現在已上呈, 並會再度詢問廠商, 並再度道歉, 然後送來一個看似正常的漢堡, 但發生這狀況再加上等了許久, 小孩及我也再沒食慾了。當場麥當勞表示如果我不滿意可以免單, 這就是麥當然危機處理方式, 推給不在現場的廠商, 我的小孩也說就不要再吃漢堡了。 我跟他講不用免單, 我要的只是一個可信服的交代與答案, 於是留下電話,請他釐清後回覆我。

隔天有主管來電, 一樣的繞圈回答, 目前已上呈並詢問廠商, 一樣說會提供免單補償, 我再度回不用免單, 我要的只是一個可信服的交代與答案,...
