TGI FRIDAYS 星期五美式餐廳 宏匯餐廳 — Restaurant in New Taipei

We had a very unpleasant dining experience at TGI Fridays in the Honhui Mall. Firstly, they brought out 2 plates of food and we were 3 customers. Then waiting for the third plate, it arrived wrongly prepared. On returning the food, they brought back the meat on a plate and leaving my friend waiting 10mintues without the two side dishes. I called the waiters over and they were bewildered. I ended up going to the manager and asking where is the rest of my friend’s food. Then they brought out one side dish on a plate without the other. At that point the meat was cold and I said it’s totally unacceptable . They then said they will redo the whole dish. By then we had already finished our food, leaving my friend without her food. A further 10 minutes later her food finally arrived. But they left our empty plates on the table. We sat with empty plates on the table for nearly an hour before they cleared it. The staff need to be properly trained in serving customers and ensuring that customers eat at the same time, as the restaurant wasn’t very busy.
