小食糖咖啡 SUGARbISTRO（棕櫚花蜜糖甜點咖啡專門店）勝利星村店 — Restaurant in Pingtung City

I was in Pingtung for work and had a few hours before my train left. SugarBistro is in an renovated cultural enclave and is truly adorable. What's even better is the service and the kind Barista behind the counter. Not only did he completely go out of his way to help me, he gifted me a few small extras to taste the local flavor which included strawberries with palm sugar to dip them in (What?! Yes, please!) and a little sample of the ridiculously good cinnamon bread. I unfortunately did not get his name (my horrible bad) but I was there on 3/14/24 at around 12:00 P.M. for reference. I also tried their famous "golden palets bretons" which were excellent as well. I picked up a few for office coworkers and also bought some of the cinnamon bread to take home to Taipei. I really dig this...

》四種炸物派對 $220 莫茲瑞拉起司條/啤酒洋蔥圈/雞塊/脆薯 堆成眼前這座炸物小山 剛上桌不到五分鐘 就被餐桌前的「餓」徒分食的一乾二淨～ 沒有什麼特別之處 不過就是美味 ♪ ( ´▽｀)

》香榭雞腿排溏心蛋早午餐 (鬆餅)$280 主食有鬆餅or生吐司 我選前者 雞腿排有先醃過 帶碳烤過的焦香 肉蠻Q的 不過有點像超商的肉質 ( 表姐說比較像好市多的雞腿肉 ) 這盤表現一般般 稱不上優秀但也不算壞～ 不過中間的優格很不錯！ 微酸的優格+藍莓醬、棕櫚糖、麥片 味道和諧 又不會太甜 我很喜歡(ฅ´ω`ฅ)

》香橙野莓蘋果棕櫚糖冰淇淋鬆餅 $270 不知道是因為冰淇淋 還是放了一陣子的緣故 鬆餅蠻軟的 而且中間有點空虛 不是紮實酥脆的那種

》柬式酸辣椰奶海鮮燉飯+起司 $350+20 燉飯微辣 番茄酸的很夠味 相較之下椰奶就顯得不夠突出 內含淡菜、花枝、蝦子、香菇、番茄⋯ 上頭撒滿另加的起司 這道頗受我們家好評 不過自己吃完一份會有點膩 可以點來分食～ （此餐點附抹醬生吐司 蔬菜湯） 燉飯附的生吐司 嗯⋯不是我的菜 有點油 也偏乾 不夠蓬鬆 而且少了一點嚼勁

》棕櫚糖戚風蛋糕 $130 (滿$500可用$89加價購) 夾層的奶油順口不甜膩 鬆軟的海綿蛋糕 淡淡的棕櫚糖香 看起來不太起眼 但是點了絕對不後悔

》烤布蕾咖啡拿鐵 $160 浮在上層 帶點苦味的烤布蕾 為整杯咖啡加了很多分 喜歡拿鐵的可以點～

》英式柑香伯爵茶 $160 非濃茶 味道較淡 清新順口 有檸檬香 旁邊附有一小杯棕櫚糖 喜歡甜一點的可以自己加 不過我覺得不加糖就很剛好了～

》青檸百香果沙瓦 $180 氣泡水另外用玻璃瓶裝著 可以依自己喜歡的量倒入沙瓦中 不過氣泡感非常重 會蓋過百香果和檸檬汁的酸甜

》晚霞 $180 莓果｜柳橙｜蔓越莓 吃的到一點果粒 不會很酸 但也沒什麼甜味 超大一杯！！建議2-3人分

Took an hour and thirty minutes to get my order with very few other visitors. Food was just ok and way more expensive than can be had at other places in Pingtung. Place was infested with mosquitoes. The wait staff are aware since they brought out bug spray, but seriously, crazy amounts of mosquitoes flying around.
