IG: foodie_foxx As a foodie , I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful old shop in Pingtung that serves up some of the most delicious dumplings I have ever tasted. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was in for a treat. The aroma of juicy beef soup filled the air, and the sight of the various appetizers on display had my taste buds tingling with anticipation.
The star of the show at this old shop is undoubtedly the dumplings. Each one is filled to the brim with rich and flavorful beef soup that explodes in your mouth with every bite. The dough is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness, making each dumpling an absolute joy to eat.
While the dumplings are undoubtedly the highlight, the appetizers at this old shop are not to be missed. With an extensive variety to choose from, including everything from crispy tofu to savory spring rolls, each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the stuffed eggplant and the spicy wontons, both of which were bursting with flavor.
As for the prices, they are incredibly reasonable, with dishes ranging from 60 to 300 New Taiwan Dollars. For the quality of the food, I would say this old shop is an absolute steal.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the other main course dishes such as the green sauté beef didn't quite match up to the high standards set by the dumplings and appetizers. However, with such delicious dumplings on offer, I can't imagine ever wanting to order anything else.

Read more正筠小籠湯包的餐點選擇豐富,小菜採自助方式,每盤80元,種類多樣且品質穩定,是整體體驗中亮點之一。
小菜表現:
涼拌茄子:茄子燉得夠軟,醬汁調味恰到好處,沒有過多油膩感,表現平實但在平均水準之上。
肴肉:這道是店內招牌,老闆娘特別推薦我們拿冰的版本,說冰的才好吃。肴肉是由豬頭皮與肉凍製成的江浙風味冷盤,肉凍Q彈,入口不膩,搭配鹹中帶甜的醬油膏、薑絲與蔥花,有效去腥,風味層次分明,值得一試。
涼拌菜芯:色澤油亮翠綠,口感爽脆,口味清淡但十分開胃。
麻油干絲:麻油香氣濃郁,干絲雖稍軟但仍保有細緻口感,適合喜歡重香氣的小菜愛好者。
涼拌小黃瓜:甜、酸、鹹、微辣融合得宜,彼此不搶味。黃瓜外層醃漬入味,內部仍保留脆度,是一道十分討喜的小菜。
主餐表現:
油豆腐細粉湯(中):湯頭相較其他主食較為清爽,適合作為搭配麵點的中和選擇。
牛筋牛肉麵:紅燒湯底濃郁,牛筋與牛肉份量充足、口感軟嫩。麵條為細麵,稍久會變軟,建議趁熱享用。整體份量偏大,適合多人分食。
紅燒排骨麵:這道湯頭甜味明顯,甚至偏甜,與預期中的紅燒風味有落差,可能是當日調味失誤,略顯可惜。
小籠湯包:
正筠的小籠湯包是一大特色,也是在地人與老饕推薦的必點品項。網路上甚至有「北泰豐、南正筠」的說法,一籠七顆,湯汁飽滿,皮薄而不易破。內餡甜度略高、鹹鮮感稍低,風格比起鼎泰豐更為家常一些,雖略遜於後者的細緻度,但整體仍屬中上水準,價格與份量也更親民,頗具性價比。

Read more正筠小籠湯包」位在屏東市區內,「屏東縣青創聚落」的對面,是相當知名的小籠湯包店,招牌就寫著「南正筠北泰豐」,可見店家的自信程度。除了小籠湯包之外,這裡還提供蒸餃、湯麵、乾拌麵、湯餃...等北方麵食類及一些江浙名菜,相當適合一群人來聚餐。
除了招牌小籠湯包之外,店家還有蒸餃、燒賣、湯麵、乾拌麵...等北方麵食(甚至還有日式拉麵!)。想吃大菜也有一些如牛三寶,肴豬腳...等江浙名菜。不過更讓人驚豔的就是店內一角這一碟碟滿滿的小菜$80/碟,從常見的泡菜、豬耳朵、花生海帶...到紹興醉雞通通都有!一份$80,價格不算便宜,不過有幾道表現都還不錯。泡菜味道有點淡,淡著微微微酸味;豬耳朵切得很厚又脆口,鹹味偏重;小黃瓜口感偏硬一些,相當清脆爽口,帶著一點辣椒味吃起來很開胃過癮;油雞肉質相當肥嫩,帶一點麻油香味。
鎮江肴豬腳 有點像是豬肉火腿凍切片,外層一圈附有嚼勁的膠質,中間瘦肉部分口感較紮實,沾上店家蒜蓉蠔油醬很搭!
炸銀絲卷 好久沒吃這麼邪惡的東西了,外皮炸的微微酥脆不過一點都不感覺油膩。大口咬入口,久嚼之後帶出麵香氣,也可以沾點糖粉一起搭,味道更討喜!不過吃多了還是會覺得有點口乾,總想要配點甚麼。
小籠湯包 放在湯匙上輕輕咬開湯汁馬上緩緩流出,湯汁味道相當鮮甜,外皮薄中間的肉口感比較扎實,味道不錯但整體吃起來感覺會比較油一些,建議沾醬時搭配一些薑絲一起入口。
