補充附圖說明：其實黑豆坊的東西拍起來不易令人驚豔，因品項較簡單。而這兩張是特殊情況，故特別附上。 圖1-羅馬咖啡，奶油是店家以液態鮮奶油用打蛋器打出，除此外沒再加任何東西，不甜不膩，很好的帶出威士忌特有的甘香，而醇厚的咖啡完美的撐起這個舞台。另外那顆點綴的深焙豆能吃，苦甘苦甘的與鮮奶油一起吃很香...不過特別拍下來是因為這杯子很少出現，只有在很忙碌常用杯不夠時才有可能出場XD 圖2-有次遇到防空演習時拍下來的，前面的燈和冷氣被關掉，鐵門也準備拉下。平時燈光較明亮，只是覺得氣氛不錯，沒想到關掉部分光源後更顯昏暗的情況下氣氛變得很奇妙，有種陷在時光洪流中的失神。演習結束後恢復正常，竟有回到現實的錯愕感。 ----------以下原文---------- 產區精品選擇超過30種，卻能喝出每種特色不同味道，而且是好的味道，酸的自然。不盲目追求愈漸畸形的所謂“沖煮技巧”，而是最常理、均衡的萃取。個人覺得將咖啡煮得最好的店。（不過最神奇的是，同樣水洗耶加但不同區域的莊園，卻能喝出各自特色同時保有一致基調。沖煮技術好是一個，但咖啡烘焙師更厲害！）鬆餅簡單但令人驚艷，提拉米蘇蠻道地的就是限量賣得快，能點到都有種今天運氣不錯的感覺。三明治好吃無負擔，果汁是水果現打還算新鮮…大概是老店氛圍，歷史的氣息會讓人心境寬和，其實仍有些缺點（如部分桌椅有點破舊），但整體瑕不掩瑜。

A great old-school coffee shop that has been at the same location for over 20 years. They serve very high end in-season special coffee with choices from great coffee farms all around the world. I am especially into the single origin ones that are all served by great syphon skills of the owner. It is a pretty quite place for work from afternoon to evening with free WiFi and...
