本人是外送員，抵達時告知外送取餐，店員只有一人，她說要等一嚇還沒做，我說好，我在旁邊等過了一陣子我問她她回答說她很忙還沒做，我說好我先去下一個點取餐待會回來，在我剛到店時我後面排3.4位剛要點餐的客人，我到另一點取完回來我再問說還沒輪到我，我說後面現場排的妳都先給先做是怎樣？妳是店員還是店長，標準做業流程不是這樣吧，結果我看她一一等她做完現場客後才最後做給我，態度真的很差,連一聲抱歉或不不好意思都沒說，只說你有要取餐嗎你有要取餐嗎？完全覺得跟妳沒關係，本人也做過餐飲業也做過店員店長，先來先做妳們完全沒sop嗎？，而且我的單多久就入了，妳在那裏邊故意是怎樣，這種餐飲服務態度很難苟同，如果妳是店長妳的工作態度不適任，如妳是店員請好好把服務態度拿出來，沒遇過那麼差勁的服務態度，外送員也是客人，沒有大小之分，知...
