這家店是我幾乎每隔幾天就會光顧的愛店 食物很好吃 老闆也很親切 但是店員嘛.... 雖然每次去都或多或少會被店員氣到 但是這次真的很誇張 剛剛去買外帶 平常都是不停加點 今天正好沒有很餓 就點了(給兩個人的) 第一份餐: 全份套餐 第二份餐: 加點三樣小菜 再加點一份白飯 等於只是沒有點第二份餐的主菜 店員這時就來問我了 您好 請問要幾份餐具 我回答 兩份 店員這時露出了無語倫比嫌棄的表情 (I am not joking, you should all see her face...) 並且用超大的嗓門 (this is not exaggerating either): “你只點了一份主餐, 卻要兩份餐具喔我當下就有點生氣, 店員這時還在看著硬要我回答, 我只好說: “好, 既然這樣, 那就一份!!” 店員這時馬上回說: “好 一份餐具”
在門外等了不久之後, 店員(不知是否是同一位) 來給餐, 然後跟我說 “我還是放了兩份餐具”
首先這不是餐具幾份的問題 可憐的店員們你們到現在還沒搞懂嗎 如果我硬要算 平常我點全套餐點 再加點主餐時 我也沒有跟你多要一份餐具啊 再來 好 你如果要說沒點全套 就不給餐具是你的規矩 我也尊重你 那請問你為何還要問我要幾份餐具?? 就直接按照你的”規矩”幾份給幾份就好了啊 還有我從來不覺得客人就應該高人一等 但是如果一家店 有最基本的對待工作業務的嚴謹要求與謙卑態度 我相信我今天不會看到這種事一而再再而三的發生 白話一點說 就是你的心裡認為客人是什麼 就會從你應對客人的過程看出來

This store used to be one of my favorite and I visit here once in a few days, or more accurately, so frequent to almost every day.
They have delicious food with the most important feature: home-made style, not too much salt, and not too much oil.
The owner is also very nice, greeting all the customers and really paying attention to every table and trying to satisfy everyone’s need.
However, their staff have always disappointed me, with an insulting and aggressive approach to me every single visit. Today, I finally encountered an incident that I really want to write about:
I entered the store today and ordered one full meal and one meal without main dish today. This is my first time doing this as I am not very hungry today. In the usual days, I have been ordering two full meals with an additional main dish as an add on. (I’ll explain why I have to write the above conditions later in the paragraph below.)
The staff after I ordered, asked me: “How many set of utensils do you want?”
I answered, “Two.”
The staff, with an exceptional loud and rude voice: “You ordered only one full set and you want two utensils?!!”
At this point, she stared at me eating me to provide an answer, I guess I had no other choice but answered: “Ok. If this is the case, I want just one.”
She immediately changed her face, walked away, and yelled with a pleasant voice: “One utensil”
Later when I stood outside of the store, another staff(not sure if it is the same one) came with my food and told me: “I still gave you two sets of utensils.”
The problem here is: I was not mad at exactly HOW MANY sets of utensils I got. I was mad at the attitudes the staff had toward work, me, or any other customer.
In the past I have always ordered an additional main dish as an add on. If the main dish dictates how many utensils I get, I should have asked for three sets instead of two in every single visit. If the store has rules of “No utensil without ordering a full set of meal.” I will respectfully follow that. But why did the staff still have to bother to ask how many utensils I want? Why not just give me however many you’d like to give according to your “rule”?
How much a store values their customer can be seen through the staff’s interaction especially in this case. You can choose a set meal, main, three small sides, a bowl of rice, and a small bowl of clear veggie broth. Or just the main by itself. However the two mains I got were quite salty, would be wise to order rice to accompany it. My first time order was the tomato stewed beef set meal, with a side order of Taiwanese style fried chicken. The stewed beef was very fragrant and tender, can be cut with a spoon. Fried chicken is well seasoned. Crispy, very juicy, not dried at all. The sides were ok, mild tasting, kind of like a palate cleanser. Rice is not my favorite type of grain(not spongy) but was ok as well. Overall food was decent. I was definitely too full to finish the fried chicken. My tab was $450ntd. A bit pricey for one person. But so is everything in this economy. Might as well enjoy good tasting food...
Read more非常不尊重且令人失望的一家店! 這是我透過Uber點它家的東西第N次但也會是最後一次, 因為點過很多次,我知道他家的東西大人吃都覺得太鹹,但便當類型有肉菜飯蛋)的店家這附近我知道的不多, 所以每次點它們家都會逐項註記要給小寶寶吃的,雖然每次來我都不確定廚師真的有照我的註記調整嗎 今天晚餐因為外面下雨,我又點了他們家要給我自己跟小寶寶一起吃, 1.絲瓜套餐(絲瓜、白飯、配菜),註記:給寶寶吃的 少油少鹽... 2.蒸魚, 註記:給寶寶吃的,少調味料少油少鹽少破布子等 3.滑蛋牛肉不辣, 註記:給寶寶吃的,少調味料少油少鹽等 18點出頭完成點單,Uber送來的時候是一個鐘頭後,因為外面下雨,比原先預計的晚了10-20分鐘, 寶寶很餓在鬧,趕緊打開準備給他吃, 一看再試吃一下,三道菜不僅調味非常鹹,蒸魚有放四片辣椒、滑蛋牛肉也放了辣椒、且沒有給白飯及配菜, 我趕緊打電話給胃太小, 跟們說這個情況,我沒辦法給寶寶吃飯,請他們重作蒸魚並補上白飯及配菜,滑蛋牛肉就算了 胃太小的前後回覆是: 1.蒸魚妳只寫給寶寶吃的少調味少油少鹽少破布子,沒有寫不要辣椒,所以廚師不知道,下次請寫不要辣椒,且我們的辣椒有些客人覺得有點辣有些覺得不怎麼辣,你可以試試看 (我跟商家回覆,請你們有點道理,我盡可能寫的詳細但不會知道你們哪道菜有加辣椒哪道沒有,你們菜單上也沒有寫,再者一般誰會給寶寶吃辣椒的食物呢? 店家回覆: 我們廚師真的不會看) 2.滑蛋牛肉菜單選項有勾不辣,但做成辣的了不好意思 3.白飯及配菜廚師漏忘了放了不好意思 4.我們現在沒有人手幫妳重作重送,如果我們有人手我們就不用跟外送平台合作被抽成35%,要不妳點別家這筆我不算妳錢 胃太小老闆及員工的意思就是,不好意思做錯了沒辦法我不賺妳錢送妳總可以了吧, 對我來說,重要的不是上述三個餐近900元的費用,而是當下能趕緊有東西給寶寶吃晚餐,我就說今天下大雨我重點Uber別家送來也要30-40分鐘,不然就是要抱著寶寶出去買飯,我不方便,請想辦法重做並把漏的餐點重新送過來給計程車送過來也行? 店家還是堅持,沒辦法。我說好你來把餐收走不用送我。 實在覺得這個經驗非常不被尊重,店家生意好所以不在乎一張小訂單,明明是店家先接單commit了客人,訂單錯誤百出也不想彌補不願意履行,丟下沒辦法ㄟ要不取消,擺著不收錢最大的姿態。 我點餐等餐與店家溝通後來又與Uber溝通前後快2小時(店家說要跟Uber說退款,結果也沒有人聯絡,晚上自行在Uber app上與客服溝通描述,拍照等,Uber才同意取消訂單),最後晚餐趕緊煮了白麵配牛奶給寶寶吃,店家有在乎過客人或是有履行店家接單應有的責任嗎?...
