I think this place is pretty decent for those who wanted to treat someone, or for those who are having business meal.
Let’s start with the food first The first one that came up was deep-fried bean curd with salted egg. This dish is probably my most favourite dishes of all. They use bean curd is not correct, i would say that’s tofu not bean curd. Anyways, the tofu they use is what we called egg tofu in taiwan. It has an egg flavour already compared to the white tofu. This dish is not salty at all, the tofu was fried before it was covered with the salted egg, it makes the tofu taste crispy, and salted egg gives it the layer of the flavour. You will not stop once you had one bite.
Second is braised beef brisket casserole. I would say this dish is my second favourite dish! The braised beef itself is so soft, it breaks in your mouth once you had a bite. Not to mention the sauce is super good with rice.
Third one is the chintlin with condensed soy. I don’t know why they use “chintlin” on the menu lol. Those are pig intestines, this is one of the signature foods in tawian. I really like this dish too, but I think they didn’t put enough basil, the intestine taste is kinda too strong, people who don’t like it will think it’s stinky.
Fourth is the spareribs curd with salted egg. How excited i was for this dish how disappointed i was. The ribs taste really oily and it’s not too crispy, I thought it would be really crispy but it turns out it’s soggy, also the ribs doesn’t have a lot of meet, is basically all bones.
Fifth is the house special spicy shrimp and pork wonton. The only complement i will give this dish is that the filling is a lot. I can actually taste one big shrimp in this wonton. Other than that the sauce is not too spicy, not enough salt I think.
Sixth is the radish pie, i think this one is really good too! The pie is really crispy and inside was the graded radish, i think the flavour is really good, you can also taste the radish’s crunchiness even tho it was fried.
Seventh is the radish cake, nothing special, just radish cake. You can order this at any Taiwanese breakfast place xD
Eight is the casserole eggplant chongqing style. I also think this one is really good, it goes really well with the white rice but the only thing is that it’s too oily.
Ninth is the green onion pancake. I didn’t really try this one because I don’t like green onions, but according to my auntie this one is really good. It’s crispy outside and full of green onions inside.
Tenth is the fried dumplings with pork, shrimp and tender scallion. I think this dumplings taste just like any other dumplings BUT! When you give it a bite, the soup inside will splash out. This is not other dumplings can do lmao, also it was so crispy too, I would def order this again.
Eleventh is the mango sago and the taro sago, this two are soooooo good!!!!!!! It’s a perfect dessert after all those very oily dishes. I felt refreshing after those two!
Now we’re talking about the service, I think the service is really good, the staff even warn us when we try to order too much. Good thing she warned us otherwise we won’t be able to finished all the dishes. She also kept giving us new tableware which is very sweet of her!
Atmosphere - I think it’s a very good place for business gathering or family gathering. We went there to have a farewell lunch for my cousin. When we were dining in, the table next to us are all Japanese.

有附免費的整壺熱茶 很解膩。
一樓為小桌用餐,人數較多會在二樓(也有包廂隔間),樓梯較陡但有扶手。
此次用餐在二樓,二樓有衛生間。
人潮蠻多,建議訂位。
蔥油雞- 肉十分彈牙、多汁、皮帶點脆度但不會咬不斷,必點。
蜜汁排骨- 應該是有裹粉炸 但很薄 不會有吃到一層麵衣口感,反而讓醬汁好好的附著在上面,很嫩、不會死甜,推薦點,人多的話就直接點2盤吧,不然不夠吃噢☺️。
金莎豆腐- 雞蛋豆腐很嫩,不會炸太老,炒鹹蛋部分收的很乾,不會覺得含油,喜歡吃豆腐料理 推薦要點。
五味透抽- 透抽本身很嫩,不會咬不斷,不是大隻的,是中型左右的數隻一盤,五味醬部分蒜味較重、酸甜辣都有,雖然個人偏好是較愛酸甜口感的,但是還是蠻好吃的。
魚香茄子煲- 份量蠻多,較油、重口味,十分下飯,能讓你吃3碗飯,好吃。 但這裡有個缺失,這是最後一道上的菜,但是口味很重很下飯,無法單吃,但最後一道菜,幾乎大家都快吃飽了,最後沒有辦法吃完這道菜,因為吃不下白飯,此道菜又無法單吃。 建議與餐廳溝通早點上這道菜。
蠔油牛肉- 肉嫩、肉片厚度大小適中、沒有筋 好咬,搭配的是炒杏鮑菇片 比較少見,中規中矩,想吃牛肉我會點,是好吃的。
炒高山高麗菜- 很甜,有附註要炒軟一點,完全符合,但偏油,但菜很鮮甜所以好吃。
芋頭西米露- 芋頭鬆軟,中規中矩一道,喜歡西米露就點吧。
楊枝甘露- 我沒吃到😂 但我看同桌2位友人都吃的乾乾淨淨🤣。
服務- 服務還好,不是態度不好,口氣都還蠻好的,而是很忙巡桌不是很頻繁(我們在最裡面一桌),隔壁桌很大嗓門很吵,覺得服務員聲音較小,且點菜時候是直接走到點菜臺叫人(因為都離太遠 好像沒看到我們要點餐),但尚可接受。有提供熱茶,但用餐過程有另外重複要水,都很客氣,不會不耐煩。
