F103 is a restaurant serving Italian food, such as pasta and risotto, as well as hot pot and Korean stir fried rice (actually I don’t know how to call it, but I like this the most as the staff will bring the pan to the table and cook it in front of you!). Slow service😠 We wait for our meal about an hour and the environment is so hot...... The food is so so. Definitely not going to this...

一頓火大飯吃下來真的是火氣不小，服務品質簡直是低到不行。 (1) 已經按照店家的規定，事先預約了紅酒燉牛肉火大飯，當天到了現場店家才告知已經把我們的火大飯賣給了另一桌沒預約的客人。 (2) 我們詢問店家這樣預約的用意何在？結果店家竟然回說：「還是你要等我們現在處理牛肉？大概要等4個小時，這樣ok嗎？」 (3) 基於我們無法等4個小時，忍耐著火氣等了另外一道火大飯料理。咖哩雞肉火大飯上桌時，服務人員完全沒告知是自己要行進拌炒？還是他們會來服務？就這樣擺著直到白飯燒焦。 (4)...
