Patio Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Shilin District

Went here with a friend for dinner in Tianmu area. The place has lively and cool decor, but on a Sunday night, we were the only guests. Weirdly the service was quite slow. I got the regular burger with bacon and cheese, and had a Taiwan beer. The burger and fries were OK, on the better end of options in Taipei but nothing special. Also they ran out of the Redpoint lager, so bad to settle for Taiwan beer. If I was in the area again, I might go here again but would not make a trip just...

ALL WE HAVE IS NOW. This mantra, blazing in red neon and dashed liberally across menus and projection lights fuels the jovial atmosphere at Patio Bar and Grill. It's the little touches that make this place a cut above: seriously comfortable, well bolstered seating, bar snacks that taste like they were made in a much bigger kitchen, a winning playlist and sports on probably too many big screens. Patio is a lot different than before, changed their menus a lot, removed the indoor dart machine while having some beer fridge installed.

Cocktails and ribs were their hit menu, now with craft beers and in-house burgers. With that said, you can still order cocktails form bartenders if you really know what you want to drink.
