SAD SUPER HOT NOODLES — Restaurant in Shilin District

We joined grandparents for lunch this long weekend. The place was about 20% full, but the front desk was very strict on not combining the tables, so we had to sit separately even though there were only a few in the restaurant. Well, I respected their rules, but i didn't think it was not customer friendly at all. By the way, the table was very moveable.

Food wise, it was alright, nothing too special, but no switching on what was in the hotpot. Again, another none friendly option. Imagine if I couldnt take certain food because of allergies. One plus was their drink was free.

In short, we won't be visiting...

Really love this restaurant for the sour spicy fentiao and the soup. Highly recommend people who like spicy. The level of spiciness is able to be customized by the sauces and pastes serving the the middle position of the restaurant. The ice cream is always on sale so you don't need to be hurry if you feel full after a bowl of noodle and soup, btw. Not like some common restaurants serving super sweet tea and iced water for free, they actually serve lemonade! A great companion with sour...

鐵鍋門一鍋一燒專賣店位於士林捷運站一號出口附近，店內空間寬敞且乾淨，提供免費白飯與飲料吧，價格也合理，對於尋找平價餐點的人來說是個不錯的選擇。

小火鍋就是小火鍋，沒有特別凸顯或是不好的地方，就是一般的小火鍋。

椒麻雞的部分表現不錯，外皮酥脆、香辣的椒麻醬汁相當適合搭配白飯，讓人一口接一口，非常下飯。相比之下，起司炸豬排就略為普通，就是那種我們便當店常見的起司豬排，普普通通。

乾麵則是完全不行，用醬油膏作為調味搭配一些蔥花，味道過於單調死鹹，但份量算多。

總結鐵鍋門就是一個可以用合理價格吃飽喝足的好去處，味道上就沒辦法有過多的期待，是間中規中矩的餐廳。

The fried pepper chicken stands out a bit. The crispy exterior and the fragrant, spicy pepper sauce pair well with rice, making it a dish that keeps you coming back for more. On the other hand, the cheese-fried pork cutlet is rather ordinary, the type you often find at bento shops—nothing special.

However, the dry noodles were disappointing. They were simply seasoned with soy paste and some scallions, resulting in an overly salty and monotonous taste, although the portion was generous.
