晚餐想吃點不同風味的料理,就選了這間南洋風味的餐廳,一進門裡面服務的小姐姐很客氣帶我們入座,我們點了泰式打拋豬肉飯加$85套餐和印度海鮮炒麵,還單點了法蘭西多士和恐龍美碌冷飲。
泰式打拋豬肉飯,豬絞肉伴著調料炒的鹹香辣(我選小辣),多層次的口感和重口味超級下飯,前菜有泰式小沙拉,酸辣的淋醬十分開味,小菜有毛豆和黑木耳,和主菜很搭配,加85元套餐點心我選了咖椰燒麵包(新加坡的國民小吃)和白咖啡,土司表面烤的外酥內軟,再抹上特殊香味的咖椰醬,最後加上一塊香濃滑潤的奶油,配上一杯熱呼呼的白咖啡,我彷彿置身於新加坡的亞坤咖椰土司吃著早餐。
我們點的印度海鮮炒麵也很好吃,咖哩口味的炒麵,麵條硬度適中不會軟爛,辛辣的咖哩味搭配海鮮,鮮香甘甜又帶著鹹辣味,整碗是好看又好吃😋。
甜點部分,法蘭西多士本來一口咬下,香濃的蛋汁香氣配上濃郁的奶油香味和糖漿,就已經很好吃,可惜中間那層起司實在不搭,破壞了甜點口感,就像賽跑選手快到終點突然跌倒,香濃的甜點味被起司中和掉了,真的很可惜😅。...
