· its delicious handpulled udon restaurant with a variety of soup flavors such as kombu, chicken soup, miso paste etc...
· average around 200 NTD with meat as of May 2025 (with chicken + beef being the best value)
· their sichuan spicy was delicious and have good flavor (theres duck blood)
· its not cheap considering the small portion + basic toppings
· they have free barley tea + signature fragrant chili spicy paste that i really loved
· i was not full after the meal (it feels like a snack)
tldr: a pretty good udon restaurants...
Read more🍜 老派風格穩穩出招,不搶眼但可靠的烏龍麵老實人 這家「三禾手打麵」是分店不少的連鎖系烏龍麵專賣店,走進店內,第一眼印象:木頭桌椅+簡單裝潢,老實說有點像是時光膠囊裡的日本家庭餐館——沒有日系小清新,也不是職人職到讓人緊張的那種,主打就是一種樸實不裝。
菜單方面也延續這個安穩路線,除少數幾個特殊口味外,幾種基本湯頭(海帶昆布、札幌味噌、山藥牛奶等)都可以搭配雞、豬、牛、蝦等蛋白質,價格統一為 200 元,完全不需要為了 10 元、20 元的價差傷透腦筋。不想吃肉?也可以選擇不加主食的湯麵,友善到位。
這次試的是札幌味噌嫩煎雞肉麵(200 元),味噌湯頭偏清爽,不走重口爆鹹路線,優點是喝完不會覺得膩,但缺點是少了點記憶點,屬於喝了會點頭,但不會讓你尖叫的那種。雞肉是帶皮雞腿排切塊,肉厚不柴,雖不到嫩出水準,但表現穩定,給人一種「我就是這麼平穩地活著」的安心感。真正讓人眼睛一亮的是麵條——滑、Q、彈!烏龍麵本體夠有咬勁,卻不會太硬,在湯汁的助攻下一滑入口就很容易不小心吸太快,狼吞虎嚥型選手請務必減速保命。
同行家人選擇山藥牛奶嫩煎雞肉麵,除了湯頭有所差別外配料皆是一樣,玉子燒、海帶、油豆腐、半個溏心蛋跟少許青菜,雖然不到非常豐盛,但是都是原形食物,值得肯定。
除了主餐,現場還有多款自助小菜,每盤均一價 $40,不只是便宜,更是包了保鮮膜,乾淨又明瞭,看了就想全部掃一輪。本次試了以下兩款: ✅方塊豆干:九層塔香氣很足,還有淡淡甜味,完全超出預期,是那種吃完會懷疑自己是不是點少了的好吃小物。 ✅小魚乾花生:小魚乾表現正常,該有的鹹香都有到位。可惜花生微潮,咬下去少了點「卡滋」的靈魂,可能是預先分裝的副作用,理解但心疼。
整體來說,「三禾手打麵」不是那種會讓你拍到手軟或大喊 OMG...
