Best soup dumplings we've ever had! We think that these are even more delicious than Din Tai Fung. The dumplings are served to you fresh and piping hot. The dumpling skin is thin, the soup is so flavorful, and there is a lot of delicious filling. We recommend the shrimp dumplings (鮮蝦湯包); they are the same as the pork dumplings (鮮肉湯包) but with an additional bite of shrimp to it. Delicious xiaolongbao and soy milk options. Fill in the order ticket and hand it to the staff next to the steamer outside the store. The dumplings were hot, fresh and tasty. 2024/07/20到訪，3口味湯包最喜歡蝦仁~湯包每籠都８顆，以下就吃到的餐點做主觀評論： １、鮮肉湯包🐷$85： 湯汁真的很誇張，雖然一顆不大，可皮薄餡滿，外皮有韌性且不乾，內餡豬肉鮮甜，沒有豬腥味，好吃~ ２、👍鮮蝦湯包🦐$100： 喜歡~吃得到一整隻蝦子，蝦肉脆彈，同樣也吃得到豬肉的扎實，鮮蝦與鮮肉的組合很讚，口感也更為豐富。 ３、鮮瓜湯包🥒$100： 見仁見智，絲瓜非常軟與鮮肉的緊實形成對比，口感也有變化，不過個人覺得瓜味太明顯，沒有與肉餡的味道達成平衡。 ４、玉米濃湯🥣$45： 奶香濃郁，用料充沛，質地濃稠，每一口都喝得到料，以及裡面還有放南瓜~來增添甜度，滿大一碗的，喝完很有飽足感。 🔔餐具、醬料自取 🏡環境： 只有6桌，尖峰時段內用一定會等，桌椅都是矮的，高個子坐可能舒適度不高。清理速度很快(都用免洗)桌子也沒有黏黏的。 💁服務： 上菜速度很快，外面蒸籠區真的是熱地獄，看每個工作人員都滿頭大汗，甚至在蒸籠前的大哥衣服已被汗水浸透，辛苦了。 結論：推薦鮮蝦湯包，必再回訪~
