趁著忙碌的片段，再次踏上尋找味蕾單純的悸動！ 怒衝一波就來到中台灣⋯ 或許是為了躲避陣雨煩悶 也可能想暫離都市喧囂！ 靠著身旁「達人」不經意「路過」一探究竟～～！ ————————————— 整體來說氣氛氛圍營造很好！畢竟在如此的巷弄能有這般意境，也著實讓人感到驚艷，或許所謂老饕級的人食客會慕名前來，當然停車位的部分可能就多費點心思！🤷‍♂️ 踏入店的那刻，是能感受到日本職人精神的氣息，但似乎好像缺少了什麼，這部分到截稿前還是無法具體形容，這部分就暫時帶過⋯！ 因為首次前往我們選擇了吧檯的位置，想說可以從最近的角度體會這家店用心的溫度！ 當然，聽了店員兼氣質老闆娘熱心的介紹，還是免不了選了新人款=綜合系列的餐點，再加上主廚特製！ 食材用料感受到鮮度，味道口感的部分亦是在水準之上，雖然這樣的價位不算上親民，但這樣的品質喔給它的評語是=》「我覺得可以～～🕶️」，且依我們小鳥胃的食量是可以感到飽感！👍 其中較特別的是軟絲系列，那樣的味道蠻獨特，可以嘗試看看，那種在嘴巴中鹹味以及辛香料的混合，毋需搭配山葵醬油直接入口，可以感受到師傅對食材的自信以及之所以獨特的口感，建議可以不妨嘗試一下！ 另外最值得一提是，師傅刀功，看得出來是有用心下過功夫，這樣的食材配上精湛的刀功，再搭配上擺盤的器皿，相信可以抹殺很多相機的底片！這樣的餐點我可以給予70分以上！ 老闆娘也有貼心小提醒，因為位置關係，建議離峰時刻用餐會比較盡興！不然感覺以這般座位數量，相信對某些客人來說，這樣品嚐雅致也會減少一半！ 很開心今天在假期尾聲可以遇到這家店，相信下次會再造訪， 最後，至於那少的感覺就留到有機會...
