Read moreRead more趁著忙碌的片段,再次踏上尋找味蕾單純的悸動! 怒衝一波就來到中台灣⋯ 或許是為了躲避陣雨煩悶 也可能想暫離都市喧囂! 靠著身旁「達人」不經意「路過」一探究竟~~! ————————————— 整體來說氣氛氛圍營造很好!畢竟在如此的巷弄能有這般意境,也著實讓人感到驚艷,或許所謂老饕級的人食客會慕名前來,當然停車位的部分可能就多費點心思!🤷♂️ 踏入店的那刻,是能感受到日本職人精神的氣息,但似乎好像缺少了什麼,這部分到截稿前還是無法具體形容,這部分就暫時帶過⋯! 因為首次前往我們選擇了吧檯的位置,想說可以從最近的角度體會這家店用心的溫度! 當然,聽了店員兼氣質老闆娘熱心的介紹,還是免不了選了新人款=綜合系列的餐點,再加上主廚特製! 食材用料感受到鮮度,味道口感的部分亦是在水準之上,雖然這樣的價位不算上親民,但這樣的品質喔給它的評語是=》「我覺得可以~~🕶️」,且依我們小鳥胃的食量是可以感到飽感!👍 其中較特別的是軟絲系列,那樣的味道蠻獨特,可以嘗試看看,那種在嘴巴中鹹味以及辛香料的混合,毋需搭配山葵醬油直接入口,可以感受到師傅對食材的自信以及之所以獨特的口感,建議可以不妨嘗試一下! 另外最值得一提是,師傅刀功,看得出來是有用心下過功夫,這樣的食材配上精湛的刀功,再搭配上擺盤的器皿,相信可以抹殺很多相機的底片!這樣的餐點我可以給予70分以上! 老闆娘也有貼心小提醒,因為位置關係,建議離峰時刻用餐會比較盡興!不然感覺以這般座位數量,相信對某些客人來說,這樣品嚐雅致也會減少一半! 很開心今天在假期尾聲可以遇到這家店,相信下次會再造訪, 最後,至於那少的感覺就留到有機會...
