Lovely atmosphere. It's located on a side road but very easy to get to. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Had their hot latte and I have to say that it was very delicious and extremely well balanced. The owners roast their own beans and you can see them roasting a fresh batch when you're here. They have their own drip coffee and beans for sale which is a plus. 今天來沙鹿找朋友。時間還沒到，想起幾年前在沙鹿車站附近，來過的奇椏咖啡。 隱身在市場舊樓房的奇椏咖啡，不小心會錯過，但其實是很有味道的一家店。循著印象快速到達，卻發現好像有點不一樣。老闆說因為疫情的關係，在去年2021年9月就重新裝潢過。我露出恍然大悟的表情。願意在疫情的情況繼續投入，真的非常佩服，真的是對咖啡有熱愛阿。 我點了巴拿馬、瑪瑪卡特的藝妓，問老闆有推薦的蛋糕嗎？老闆說點單品咖啡的話，推薦咖啡千層蛋糕或肉桂捲。我就再加點了咖啡千層蛋糕。 咖啡千層蛋糕端上來時就有股淡淡的肉桂味，原來是老闆灑了一層肉桂粉！可是吃的時候蛋糕卻沒有被肉桂搶走風味，覺得很厲害。咖啡千層不會太甜，也不會苦，吃的出來咖啡味道，味道平衡的蠻好吃的。配上咖啡又改變成不一樣風味，我也很喜歡。 店裡環境很舒適，雖然今天外面的風雨不小，可是客人還是陸陸續續進來，有不少的客人。 在吧台可以看到老闆忙碌的泡咖啡，操作台上不管泡了幾杯咖啡都還是維持的很乾淨，可見老闆很注意細節與整潔。架上也有陳列著老闆的證書，店裡的一角也有老闆烘豆的設備。佈置的滿舒適的。咖啡好喝，蛋糕好吃，環境舒服，值得給五星的評價，下次如果來沙鹿，我還會來拜...
