忍者壽司 — Restaurant in Taichung

While Shalu town moves forward in the torrence of time with lots of Government promises like building a truly underground subway linking inbound and outbound from Taishung city proper, one effective way to attract travelers particularly young people is to restore some almost forgotten communities into places with nostalgic features reminiscent of the never-been-to past days showing old time cinema, grocery stores and narrow lanes. This restaurant is situated at the one end of the entrances into the story·telling lane. The cashier takes your money in cash only at checkout while looking to the next customer. The cost for a meal is not cheap but the restaurant owner said this Japanese restaurant is exempt from issuing an invoice. I don't know why they don't need to pay tax. But back to the food they offer, in my point of view, there is hardly any other Japanese restaurant in the region that can beat them. Sashimi or beef the quality of them is genuinely good and fresh. 丼飯的米跟調味非常不錯，溏心蛋熟度也很好，蛋香氣不夠有點可惜，附上的七味粉很好，如果可以再提供一些些芥末就更美好，上面的乾辣椒絲畫龍點睛

給不了五顆星就跟另一道炙燒壽司有關，海鱱缺貨換成鮪魚，先說給不了滿天星的原因好了

1.魚肉的肥美度不足，炙燒後略顯乾澀 2.炙燒上塗醬過鹹也過多，吃多會有點boring，不同種類若搭配不同醬汁會更好 3.穴子魚太乾，真的是今天最可惜 4.蟹膏沒有鮮香，有點可惜了鮭魚

但此外優點 1.比目魚夠肥，炙燒後口感很好 2.鮭魚也夠肥，炙燒後搭配魚卵也很不賴 3.海膽真的新鮮，毫無腥味，還口齒留香 4.鮮蝦Q彈表現優異 5.牛肉應該上面是搭配松露醬（不確定）但整體是好吃的 6.套餐的味增湯雖然口味不算正統，但有好幾塊魚肉，就給分👍 7.因兩人點了三個套餐，店員細心詢問是否需將味增湯換成手卷，這部分也給分（味增湯可續） 8.麥茶好喝，自然的穀物香甜沒有油耗味

總之，如果吃丼飯的人會很喜歡的一家店

2022/12/30用餐，朋友推薦來吃，個人覺得好吃~以下依吃到的餐點作主觀評論： １、忍者鮭魚壽司7貫生炙各半🍣$320元：生鮭魚肉質鮮甜Ｑ彈，炙鮭魚烤香十足，將油脂逼出後香氣四溢，入口即化～而且每片鮭魚都很大片！

２、鮭魚親子丼🍚$350：鮭魚卵在口中爆開很爽快，有放海帶絲，可以緩解海鮮膩味，醋飯調味及軟硬皆適中，不會軟爛是喜歡的口感～５片鮭魚同樣大片

３、鮮蝦手捲🦐$40：蝦肉很有彈性，蔬菜新鮮，吃起來非常清爽。

４、茶碗蒸🥚$50：非常滑順，而且鹹度剛好不死鹹，裡面還有一些小小配料～

５、味噌湯🥣$40：濃郁，夠味，可以續！

６、優格水果沙拉🥗$50：不怎麼推，有點酸，跟餐點搭不太起來

🏡環境：木質設計，白木顏色用餐起來很舒適，牆上設計有股摩登感。整體乾淨清爽不複雜很簡潔～
